Within 2:30: 200m run + 5 burpees.. Add 2 burpees after each round and complete til failure! I tried to keep by run below 45 seconds! I failed after 15 burpees.

80 strict pull-up Each break do 20 cal assault bike. I do these for my Monday's pull-up workout.

If you don’t shave your chest hair, you’ll have a place to keep your microphone static and can adjust your speaking volume accordingly ;)
