My Favorite Sandwich, Macri's Deli "The Renaissance"

Macri's Deli in Canandaigua, New York was my favorite place for submarine sandwiches. They had many delicious items on their menu, but my all time favorite was the Renaissance submarine sandwich. Luckily I have a takeout menu, so I can still make it at home.

Nice sandwich, but we definitely have a disagreement over how that bacon is cooked. That first bite is part of why I'm not a fan of shatter bacon. But hey they pup got a treat.
