I really like watching your videos. The entire process is fascinating to me. I have a few good genes and get told I look like I’m in my later 20’s, early 30’s but I will be 44 in July. Honestly I blame my PCOS and oily skin lol. I have really been trying to be healthy as I get older and 3 years ago I weighed 376lbs before undergoing gastric bypass surgery. I weigh 132lbs as of today but I really need a decent exercise routine. Well, that and new teeth. The bypass caused me to be hugely nutrient deficit which has hit my teeth hard, even brushing 3 times a day after meals (I’ve always been weird about my teeth not feeling clean so I brush after every meal). I’m embarrassed of my teeth and won’t even smile in public anymore sadly. Saving now for implants 🤞🏻 by doing what side jobs I can find. Anyways, sorry for long rant. Thank you for showing us the processes you are going through! I’m also 🤞🏻 you get the desired results you want and well, you look amazing!

Congrats on your commitment and hard work. Sounds like you have figured out how to make real changes, to stick with them, and to follow through. As far as the condition of gums & teeth goes, may I point you in the direction of Dr Ellie Phillips, dentist, dental researcher, & dental surgeon? You could start here on KZbin, where she posts plenty of information, as well as on has her own website. It sounds as though her initial training was more than usually rigorous & cutting-edge, and she’s since added years of clinical practice, plus further research & collaboration. She offers clear advice to help people to create & maintain better oral health for themselves, using simple tools & techniques. Practical, realistic, hopeful… I think she’s well worth listening to. All the best :)

As a single mom with a low income, I like to use a Foreo Luna to cleanse my face, some hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C, retinoids and Aha Bha peelings (mostly from the odinary, paula's choice and cure & glow) Even better is combining it with a dermaroller. As soon as I will get hairloss, I will use serums and dermaroller on my scalp as well! For low income, this is still amazing 🥰

Lol I too do prp, minoxidil, intradermal dutasteride and recently added oral duta. Plus retinoic acid on the skin, and a vitamin cerum. I was fortunate to experience rapid hairloss due to rapid weight loss (keto diet) which made me research all these treatments and preventions and start visiting my dermatologist once a month. I always say that episode was a blessing in disguise! This guy has the funds to take it to another level tho!

There is one downside to heat therapy, be it, this or RF or HIFU and that is, that it can/does destroy fat cells in the skin leading to a more aged appearance. I'm interested to see how all this application of heat affects Bryan's skin. Oddly tightening the skin (think old style facelift) doesn't necessarily make you look younger.

I think the problem with aging right now is that it's systemic. While you can make the skin look great and tighten it up, the bone structure of the face changes with aging too. Until we have a systemic treatment that affects every system in the body, we're just going to be able to increase HEALTH SPAN not go beyond the bell curve for LIFE SPAN.

Hello Bryan, I recently stumbled upon your videos and i think that you have a great and positive message for the world. The title of this video is "My 1000$ skin therapy" The average working class American might only make between 30-50k a year with very little savings depending on their cost of living around the US, given rent costs are so high. I think that making videos about how the average person with limited income can live longer would be more effective in creating a movement instead of just a message. Many of us are happy to see what a wealthy person can do to reverse aging. Videos like this are great at generating an audience, but I would like to see more videos that show me how to start as an average person assuming that I make 45k a year and work 8 hours a day. I'm sure there are many people like me who see your videos and think "I wish I could do that". But I think I don't have the money, or I have my wife or my kids to think about.

Hi Bryan, two questions: 1) How does Tixel compare to microneedling? Did you ever try microneedling? 2) Could you please do a scientific review of “green powders”, eg AG1? They are so heavily promoted on SM, including big figures like Andrew Huberman, but I haven’t found any satisfying scientific assessment pertaining to the effects of said powders. It seems you have the machinery in place to test this?
@lorriesmith897
@lorriesmith897 10 күн бұрын
With microneedling the channels only stay open for a short time. When the heated pyramids heat the skin it comes in contact with, it vaporizes; thus when the area heals, the skins tightens up. With Tixel, the channels stay open for 24 hours, thus allowing custom serums, exosomes or other drug delivery during that time to absorb into the epidermis for more efficacy.

I don't know if Bryan will read this but I want to try to leave a word of warning - all thermal procedures have a chance of melting fat, including subcutaneous fat, which is one of the hallmarks of youth, and if looking more youthful is the goal, then I'd highly advise against lasers and radiofrequency. I personally keep thermal procedures only for the jawline, since less fat there does look more youthful.

Bryan, love your work and my god you look amazing! One thing that I want to point out is try not to scrub your face too hard when washing, the tug and pull induces fine wrinkles over time and it isn't good for the skin. Many asians I see who look young use foamy cleansers to wash their faces and hardly touch their skin. The bubbles will do the work and you aren't stripping your skin excessively. Keep up the good work! Hopefully I'll be able to replicate some of your work soon because I would like to remain young after my first child is born in my thirties.
