I really like watching your videos. The entire process is fascinating to me. I have a few good genes and get told I look like I’m in my later 20’s, early 30’s but I will be 44 in July. Honestly I blame my PCOS and oily skin lol. I have really been trying to be healthy as I get older and 3 years ago I weighed 376lbs before undergoing gastric bypass surgery. I weigh 132lbs as of today but I really need a decent exercise routine. Well, that and new teeth. The bypass caused me to be hugely nutrient deficit which has hit my teeth hard, even brushing 3 times a day after meals (I’ve always been weird about my teeth not feeling clean so I brush after every meal). I’m embarrassed of my teeth and won’t even smile in public anymore sadly. Saving now for implants 🤞🏻 by doing what side jobs I can find. Anyways, sorry for long rant. Thank you for showing us the processes you are going through! I’m also 🤞🏻 you get the desired results you want and well, you look amazing!

As far as the condition of gums & teeth goes, may I point you in the direction of Dr Ellie Phillips, dentist, dental researcher, & dental surgeon? You could start here on KZbin, where she posts plenty of information, as well as on has her own website. It sounds as though her initial training was more than usually rigorous & cutting-edge, and she’s since added years of clinical practice, plus further research & collaboration. She offers clear advice to help people to create & maintain better oral health for themselves, using simple tools & techniques. Practical, realistic, hopeful… I think she’s well worth listening to. As a single mom with a low income, I like to use a Foreo Luna to cleanse my face, some hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C, retinoids and Aha Bha peelings (mostly from the odinary, paula's choice and cure & glow) Even better is combining it with a dermaroller. There is one downside to heat therapy, be it, this or RF or HIFU and that is, that it can/does destroy fat cells in the skin leading to a more aged appearance. I'm interested to see how all this application of heat affects Bryan's skin. Oddly tightening the skin (think old style facelift) doesn't necessarily make you look younger.

I think the problem with aging right now is that it's systemic. While you can make the skin look great and tighten it up, the bone structure of the face changes with aging too. Until we have a systemic treatment that affects every system in the body, we're just going to be able to increase HEALTH SPAN not go beyond the bell curve for LIFE SPAN.

Hello Bryan, I recently stumbled upon your videos and i think that you have a great and positive message for the world. The title of this video is "My 1000$ skin therapy" The average working class American might only make between 30-50k a year with very little savings depending on their cost of living around the US, given rent costs are so high. I think that making videos about how the average person with limited income can live longer would be more effective in creating a movement instead of just a message. Many of us are happy to see what a wealthy person can do to reverse aging. Videos like this are great at generating an audience, but I would like to see more videos that show me how to start as an average person assuming that I make 45k a year and work 8 hours a day. I'm sure there are many people like me who see your videos and think "I wish I could do that". But I think I don't have the money, or I have my wife or my kids to think about.
