Just a little FYI instead of trying to squeeze that big ship just outside the dome of the Commons (which has been known to block people from spawning their ground vehicles at the garage there) there is actually a large landing pad just behind and to the left to the dome. It requires a little bit of a run to get in, but it is far easier to land and NO ONE seems to know it exists so it is always available when I am doing my cargo runs.

Yeah its been a few weeks. I rage quit Star Citizen pretty hard for a week after losing 1.67 mil filming my best start due to the cargo bug.

I usually do a simple Ita > Crusader route that makes 250-280k per run with a Caterpillar in under 30min per run. With a C2 that would be much faster as most of the time is wasted during atmo flight at Crusader with the incredible slow Caterpillar. With the C2 and proper QT that would be 350k profit per run and 20-25min for each round trip with one empty run. The Trip time is just a bit over half of that from Microtech and the 2 outposts on Ita are always full and always have one in daylight for easy landings. Mabye adding scrap over Hur L5 and then back to hurston empty would add a bit more but not sure if that is worth the time.

As a c2 beryl connoisseur myself, it's actually more efficient to just sell right at new babbage. You make less profit per run, but can do about a run every 10 minutes making a mil an hour

The best trade route possible is to completely fill up on gold at Mt and then sell at orison but they're always iut of gold so beryl is the next best thing. With beryl you make around 300k, with the gold you make 1.3 mil, per trip.

I've not heard anyone else having this issue but I figure I'd mention it just incase anyone else runs into it. When leaving the NB Commons from that external exit there is a chance of game crash. It's hit/miss, and I don't know how to record it myself to make a issue council report about it. Oddly I've had more success leaving the gurage than through the doors lmao.

i watch your channel Hawkes, you did fall off after elite shit the bed but thats because the game died and you took a break. Star field is coming out in a couple months and you provide the best guides on youtube for space games and if you were to prepare for it's release you could easily surpass 500k in my opinion, plus after the modkit gets released for starfield you could easily do modlist videos for the plebs for the big bucks, fallout 4 mod vids still get 100's of thousands of views.

I prefer simply buying Beryl from MT and selling at NB. Sure you sell for less (about 230k with a C2), but you can do that in 15 minutes round trip, which isn't too bad, that's nearly a million per hour. Just make sure you park near the Commons at NB and know your route very well so you're not wasting time.

that route seems very popular at the moment, which is not too big a issue with the near infinite supply and demand for Beryl, but it does mean NB commons is pretty busy with traders and blown up hulls from people failing to land. the best solution i found is to land on the frozen lake near the hill that leads to the garage entrance, run up and inside to sell my stuff, then i take my mule (or any other cheap land vehicle) from that garage back to my ship, go do my next run, land next to my mule i parked on the lake, drive back up the hill to the garage, leave my mule outside the garage and run in on foot, sell, run back to the mule and repeat.

Nice, but I don't really want to burn a CCU chain on a C2 right before the Hull C comes out and everything about trading changes. Maybe don't want to buy a C2 with real money at all given they aren't all that expensive in game. Now that CIG took my quantatium away and I spent my first couple mil on a prospector I guess I'll have to find a slower way of getting C2 again this wipe.

@@Roboticus_Prime_RC Boom timer wasn't a problem. I was getting full loads out of one asteroid and going to back to the refinery. I'm making less profit in a slightly more time but I've currently been picking up B tier materials also Agricium, Laranite, Borase, etc. Obviously not needing to scan anything that wasn't a Q-type made things fairly fast in the past also.

Do you have or could you make a video using a Cutty Black, since it's so popular, and it's what I have? 46 SCUs with an XL1 drive. The C2 is an expensive ship for hard earned cash. Can't expense it on a KZbin channel :) Doing the same runs in that would be like 6.6% of the profit you made. aUEC 66K, if linear. LOL

Just attempted a load at Orison and when I got there there were absolutely no demand for Beryl but after waiting 15 minutes the demand changed and I was able to eventually sell.

@@JonathanOstrus One way to check is when at the terminal, if you look on the right end side where the list of products are and scroll down to the bottom you will see at the bottom what items they have no demand for. But this is only temporary and Beryl became on demand after about 15 minutes of waiting..

It's funny, they made a game to be so immersive you have to ride trains to get through the citys, and yet people are already so obsessed with making as much money per hour (like all other similar games) that they've started to find ways of cutting out the immersiveness. They needn't had bothered, should just play Elite where all you have to do is land and have it all done automatically.

The jump across the bridge to the screens to sell was not as easy as you abbreviated. "Take this bridge" that I can't find anywhere, you clipped so many shots about where to go I have no idea. You clipped vital parts and just show a shot of the bridge, then you are there. Come to find out that wasn't even the right platform you named, after running around 15 minutes. Also only made $30k after doing all that shown in the first part using the freelancer filled to 60, could have made 60k easy in bunker mission in half the time.
