I include it in my push day. I do front lat raises which target delt, variation of triceps extension with dumbbell that targets rear delt on the decline and triceps on the incline, and of course dumbbell shoulder press. This alone has made my shoulders somewhat of a strong point for me

Monday- chest , shoulders triceps Tuesday- legs Wednesday- back , biceps Thurs- rest Friday- chest , shoulders , triceps Saturday- legs Sunday- back , biceps Repeat I don’t go based off the week I led the schedule do it’s thing and fall on whatever day. This is ideal as you will get good needed rest and u can split the two upper body days by doing legs so your upper body can recover. ( antagonist muscles )

My routine is Day 1: back, biceps, forearms Day 2: chest, triceps, abs Day 3: lower Day 4: rest Repeat U can also repeat it twice a week with rest day being on Sunday, which covers the whole week But I found that first routine best to me so I'm following that

if you get a low body fat percentage as well as fpcusing on movements and free wheights rather than machines so your core (ABS) are constantly being used to stabalize, example would be to use the squat instead of the leg press or smith machine.

@@SuplexCityWrestling if you prioritize practical movement such as standing up using free weight then yes you will grow abs without work as their constantly being worked to stabilize but if u want them to grow bug then you can also work them specifcally

After following the advices of influencer’s training PPL or other 2x per week program’s I eventually switched to the classic bro split allowing me to recover way better what finally leads to the best results I ever had.

Monday: Chest, Tri Tuesday: Back, Bi Wednesday: Legs Thursday: Shoulder Friday: Chest, Tri Saturday: Back, Bi Sunday: Rest Monday: Legs And so on. Basically, I workout according to the series, and don't train as per day. By this way, In one week, I Train, Chest, Tri, Back, Bi twice, and other week, Legs and shoulders are trained twice.

I do 3 day splits to hit everything twice a week Arms (Includes Biceps, Triceps, and forearms) Chest/Shoulders Legs/Back (It's not a common opinion but I enjoy doing legs and back on the same day because many of my exercises such as deadlift or tbar row use both legs and back)

It depends on your type of recovery. There is science base articles that have different studies on recovery. Plus age and metabolism are all factors as well. Plus I think day one and day two are both heavy days, the fourth day looks as though they are for muscle stimulation, not muscle hypertrophy my guess.

Chest and back at the same time is brutal u are tired from the first 15 sets for ur back training and u have to use the same muscles again also when u train chest. It's not that effective in my opinion but do what u want. Also rest is better in between

@betta_ blackmarsh Every body is different so you need to know about your own body. My body works best with the following workout: Monday Shoulders Chest Triceps Tuesday Biceps and Back Wednesday free (Play football) Thursday Legs or rest depending on fatigue Friday Chest Shoulders triceps Saturday back biceps Sunday legs In between I just take 2 days off rest if needed. As you are a beginner it don't really matter if you train parts twice a week or not as you will gain most muscle anyway as you are a starter When I was a starter I was just doing 2 bodyparts daily. Triceps Chest Bicep back Legs Shoulders bicep Triceps Etc. For example

For me at 14yo Day.1 biceps,triceps,forearms,schoulders Day.2 chest Day.3 rest Day.4 back Day.5 legs I also have cardio on every day when im going back home from gym on bike for 3 km uphill

Just a tip: move ur first rest day to day 2 and combine leg and back day since there is a lot of synergy between them. U could also add chest during that day since it would mostly just add 1 or 2 exercises which isn't much of a time increase.
