@WilsonsBBQ i had the privilege of taking Harry Soo salmon fishing and few years ago. Afterwards he cooked up salmon 6 different ways. All of them great. I only mention this because he also really loves making the plate look fantastic. You can check out his plate by checking out his video. Just look up Victor Benner salmon 6 ways. It was a fun time. I believe ill be in good enough health this year to take him out again for some salmon fishing. Anyway have a great day 🌤.
