I agree. I too want a mix of bad guys, what makes them go bad, and whether they fall or reform their ways. One of the reasons we need to see just as many bad guys who are not works of the devil get their cummeupence as ones who reform, is because audiences need to learn that while no one is beyond redemption, they also need to learn that certain actions have irreversible consequences.

I couldn't really answer that. Every season has something I adore.

I have to say my favorite season is 13 even though it’s a very sad season overall. In terms of writing and storyline, the best season to me was season 6. I feel that after this season many of the stories started to get recycled, and the characters were becoming copies of others. You start to notice parallels between Emma and Clare, or Manny and Tori, Paige and Holly J. Not that this was a bad thing, but when you see later seasons, you know how it will end, based on prior seasons. I feel the one variation was season 2 of Next Class. That was a well written season, and the bus crash was a huge and unexpected twist. There were still character copies from the original series, but the story writing was a bit fresher.

I actually made a video about the similarities between the two groups a long time ago, but tldr is that while they share features, they are not carbon copies. In fact, they are their archetypes but in a different light (i.e. KC being a real brainer unlike Sean, and Clare's problem isn't being a perfectionist but in struggling to accept change). You don't know their stories based on previous characters. For instance, Manny rejected her strict upbringing and forced her parents to accept her decision to be an actress while Alli learned she loved science much more than superficial high school life and worked with her parents so that she could have the best of both worlds. Saying that they purely recycled story lines is like saying Liberty getting pregnant was just copying Manny's pregnancy. Many people will have similar experiences, but the difference is in how each person handles them.

Yeah I hated him season 11 for what he did to Drew, Bianca, and Adam! However, I seen some redeeming qualities with how he caring towards Zig and Tiny! It was painful for Zig to snitch on him!

But Vince totally deserved it. He clearly only cared for Tiny and Zig in so far as they would be able to suit his needs. I also think Vince put alot of negative pressure on Tiny to be a certain way given how quickly his style changed with Vince in jail.

Maybe. I'd have to see if I have anything to say about them. I watched Kary from Degrassi corner talk about them, and I thought that was well enough. Season 14's was fine, but didn't feel right to me. It felt a bit empty of substance even though it had stuff in it. A bit hard to explain...

Can you do a video about Vince and Drew together. I want to know why Vince didn’t see Drew in season 14, he shouldn’t be at degrassi because of Drew. I know he want to see his younger brother tiny. But still he shouldn’t be at the school.

He shouldn't have been at school, but I think at that point he moved on from Drew and Bianca. They were more trouble than was worth, especially considering he had a high school drug empire to run and last time he bothered with Drew he got arrested. But I'm still not sure why he thought it was okay to show up at Degrassi

NotAVampyre I agree with you on that. Why didn’t drew know tiny has a brother, that brother Vince is the one who he shot Drew’s brother Adam in season 11 called dead and gone part 1and 2. He should know Vince is back. He need to tell him to leave, because he is the student class president, he can do that, right.

He probably didn't know about Tiny or that Vince was around because he'd finally moved on. He had other things taking up his time, and Tiny was barely a spec on his radar. Not to mention, being school president doesn't make you know everything going on in the school

@@NotAVampyre I think they're talking about how you didn't make the video about Jay being a villain since he was a very popular antagonist but then again he's very different to Vince in that he was the type of Villain that went from being a petty criminal and pretty nasty to being one of the good guys (even though he still had some of his cheeky bad-boy charm lol). It would be great to see a video about him though and his redemption arc.

It's just exploring why I feel that way. I'm not saying Jay is worse or that other people need to forget Jay. He's just not what this video is about.
