Hey Tom, glad to see you're on the road to recovery. Started downloading the Mind Diet podcast so will definitely check that out. Two things you might consider for future video topics. I am constantly listening to podcasts and am always looking for good ones to listen to and so my question is, what are your favourite X podcasts? 3, 5, top 10, I don't know, your recommendations for favourites or go to's. 2nd thing, I listen to the OPP (Optimium Performance Podcast) which is quite good and hosted by Ryan Muncey. He always asks his guests for their top 3 things for Optimising their performance or their lives. So there you are, a video on what your top 3 tips for optimisation or for living your life optimally.

I'll be honest dude, I think happy dogs heading for a walk should be a staple in the day of eating videos. Aside from that excessively fun part, the chicken looked delicious and is definitely something I'll be trying out. Quick question, just cause I was wondering, do you ever find yourself not having any big portions of meat on days where it's mobility focused rather than a more strenuous workout? Also would love to see a fish based recipe one of these days. Great video man, lovethe content and keep it up!

Can't argue there...highlight of the video ;) Protein is usually lower on rest days and I also do a protein fast one day per week. Thanks for the suggestions :)

Another topic...: What would you recommend how to start improving hamstring flexibility? One legged or the other leg stabilizing you (e.g. Emmet Louis's Loaded Stretch)?

Hey! I hadn't really been watching any of your videos other than the more watched stretching ones before, but here I am, in the middle of the night, binging on some of your food videos, and I cant help but wonder, how can you afford such a house at such young age?! I really-really love the style and how clean everything looks. Do you do all the chores by yourself? E.g. vaccuming, giving the trees you have in your yard their shape and all that. And also, I honestly really like the way you edit your vids, the way you kind of like teleport around by cutting videos at the right places 😃. Definitely worth my time and worth subscribing to. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us 😄. Quick edit: haha I guess I should've at least finished the series before commenting. I never heard any other human voices in the house nor you mentioning something about your family up until the next video, so I suppose you aren't living all alone😄.

You cook the way my mother did. Just throw stuff in and have a basic idea, and it comes out great. Love the simplicity and low drama. Just good easy food. Great video as always. Strong, stretchy, tasty.

I've got a question about how changing up your diet can affect your mood or mental health. Essentially, when I started to change up my eating and focused more on eating whole foods over processed foods I found that even though I felt better physically, I was grumpier and more uninterested in food than ever. Coupling that with sugar withdrawals it made the experience pretty horrible. Have you got any tips for navigating those early waters of making changes to your lifestyle or is it more a matter of discipline and you just have to suck it up?

I like the stretch you did for the front splits where you used the ledge to have your front leg hanging off while your back leg was stretching. Would you recommend that as a good hip flexor stretch to add to our front split routine?

Comparing when you experimented with veganism and didn't feel awesome, with now, when you do feel awesome, what other lifestyle changes have you made? Just curious. I know that personally I have attributed a disproportionate amount of how I feel to my diet in the past when really things like yoga, sleep, style of exercise, taking time to pursue hobbies, etc really have more influence.

You're definitely right that there is much more than just the diet. I couldn't tell you what has changed but based off personal experience, my education and work I know it doesn't work for me...

it depends on the level of fat adaption and what heart rate zone was being worked. I would probably look to experiment with amounts and look at performance as an indicator :)

Hey Tom, what do you think of shortening your feeding window? Do you think there's a huge difference between 4, 6, and 8 hour windows?
@BodyweightWarrior
@BodyweightWarrior 6 жыл бұрын
So I've gone over this in a video on the channel about intermittent fasting. Most benefits seem to be seen after 12 hours and then up to 72. Ultimately I think listening to your body is the best, if you're feeling hungry then eat, if not then don't :)
