Caio creates very beautiful clothes and some of the sets contain stuff for male sims, e.g. Warm, Hot Coffee and Physical. Another creator you should have a look at is nucrests. Some sets might not be your cup of tea, but i love the Stay Gold Collection. 😊

I LOVE Quirky Introvert! I have alot of his CAS and he does Collections with clothes and hair and accessories. Then he doesn't individual things from those collections. The problem with the super long hairs (on any sim) is bc it doesn't lay right. It almost always sticks out in the back and clips into the clothes.

I am the creator and it’s so difficult to do maxis match male hairstyle. usually creators use mesh from the game, and there is a little nice choice for men and you can’t understand how to frankmesh it. I was trying to do male hairstyles a lot of time and it ends awful.

As a creator you have my deepest admiration. I can do recolours and new normal and specular maps, but I tried my hand at following a blender tutorial and gave up after a couple of days. It's basically magic.

Damn I forgot about one of sheabuttyrs collections that I need to download. I think I only downloaded 1 or 2 but I'd like the rest. I LIVE for simstrouble, johnny sims and jo_se_oh for hairs. Specifically johnny and jo_se_oh for male hair, gorgeous 😍 if you've never checked out Jius sims you should for shoes. They are pretty maxis match but just a bit better than what EA would.

The only issue I have had with some CC creators is that they do not tag their content properly. You might want a certain colour or say sleepwear, and it comes up in all categories regardless. I added some make up recently and then every NPC turned up with it. I had to delete it from my mods because it was annoying.

How is adding CC to Sims 2 complicated? You literally create a folder called Downloads, drop everything in there and activate CC in the game. Boom, done. Not very complicated at all.

I don't understand insinuating that those of us (myself included) that don't like Alpha CC are racist 😂. I prefer maxis match because it matches everything else in the world and the game runs better with it for us regulars who don't have a big bad gaming PC or occasionally play on laptops. Genetics and legacy stuff just comes together better with maxis match as well.... Alpha CC creators are amazing. I just don't use much of it because unless the entire world is gonna be defaulted into Alpha (furniture, buildings, grass, etc.), I find it to be a huge distraction. I use some clothing/accessories very sparingly. I had to get out of some of those CC FB groups because people don't like opinions that differ from their own and want to turn everything into racism. Yes, there were some racist sentiments from some people....but that was based on the design of the sim not just "alpha." That's a separate conversation. "I don't like Alpha CC" does not equal = racist

Alpha CC is just...horrifying. It's very alien, and looks TERRIBLE set against the rest of the world that's very cartoony. Alpha CC lovers will enjoy the new sim games coming out that are more realistic baseline.

I truly don’t understand the whole “ur racist if u hate alpha cc” sentiment bc I always hated it BECAUSE it poorly handled hair texture that wasn’t straight (most of the time) any time u download 4c textured hair it’s extremely buggy and looks like the creator made a bunch of squiggly lines, where as maxis match has a bit more stiffness if that’s the word to use in its style while also making it so you can tell what texture it is. Maxis is ESPECIALLY great for braids.
