sounds weird but I'm extremely proud of how far you and the channel have come.. i remember finding your channel back when you had like 3k and binge watching your videos for agesssss. I knew back then you would make it purely because of your attitude and energy. awesome videos as always dude! quick question.. i'm overweight right now and had a sedentary lifestyle for 90% of my life. would it be better to start with bodybuilding first to get used to training or would crossfit directly be good/better?

I think you should primarily (as you may know because everybody sais it) focus on your eating habits and changing them. If you go to a good box, I don't see any reason for not starting with CrossFit. You'll most likely have to scale many exercises of the workout but there are pros and cons for starting with bodybuilding or CrossFit first. I hope that was helpful 🙂

Thank you so much for the reply. I've started crossfit for almost a month now and I'm loving it. Although there are days when I feel I haven't pushed enough. Simply, I'm trying to find my proper pacing to finish the workout as well as work as much as I can in the time limit.
