In 27 years of its service, there has only been one fatal accident involving the concorde. Even this was not due to any technical failure but due to a piece of metal that fell off another flight and was left on the runway, this got flicked up and hit the concorde's fuel tank causing a leak and the fire to start shortly after take off. Then the aviation industry decided to stop running the concorde.

I didn't have the opportunity to travel on the Concorde, but fortunately, I did have a chance to see a Concorde operated by British Airways in Bahrain back in 1978. My father was working there, and I still vividly remember seeing the aircraft at Bahrain International Airport 🇧🇭

Yes. We were lucky to see last landing of Concord through our roof top in 2003. In 70s this was flying from Airbus plant in Bristol, where this was first built. And because of continuous complaint from residents about terrifying vibration and sound, auuthorities transferred service from London. And new Bristol airport built in Somerset little far away from Bristol. That is now Bristol airport.

Hi Sujith, Concorde is an Amazing flying machine, Being an Aero enthusiast I always dreamt of flying in that machine, but lots of engineering issues was there, its maintenance cost was pretty high, since it operates at extreme temperatures the structures are always exposed to harsh environment which was the main issue, along with that pollution as well...Anyways Hatsoff to your wonderful and amazing video 🚀🚀🚀🥰🥰

Concorde was only used by British Airways and Air France. Many airlines had shown interest during the development including Air India. But since the cost became soaringly high and other facts added up, concorde ended up with just two airlines. Main attraction of Concorde was the drooping nose where it will droop down and lift up during take off and landing. Many airlines have actually leased or shared the concorde services including Singapore Airlines. But I’m so proud seeing you with the Concorde ❤

I had visited the British Airways Concorde stationed at Brooklands Museum in Weybridge, Surrey (near London). They also had a small model of Air India Concorde as AI had initially placed an order to buy Concorde but then later pulled out from the deal.

i beleive only on landing and take off peak of concorde will be down , otherwise it will be staright , otherwise pilot canot see the runway properly .
