@ShoshinShow, I read a comment you have made that CO2 Tolerance Training and Oxygen Uptake Training should be done on different days, because they're working your lungs differently, as you said, "like strength and cardio training" Would it be correct to say CO2 Tolerance Training strengthens your lungs, while Oxygen Uptake Training gives your lungs more endurance?

Hmm that’s an interesting question… I think both of those exercises strengthen our lungs and studies would suggest that both exercises help towards endurance. Pretty neat!

@@ShoshinShow It is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant substances. It improves brain function in that it reduces feelings of fatigue and stress, increases attention and improves mental state. And that's just in the brain, it works throughout the body. I started taking it for severe stress, brain fog and fatigue but wanted to see if you tried it because you present things in an honest way. And I'm curious what to expect, especially since the benefits don't show up right away:) What supplements did you feel had the greatest impact on stress and cognition?:)

Glad you find these videos honest. It is what I strive for ☺️. Funnily enough, I don’t enjoy taking supplements. I find the basic foundations are key: consistent and high quality sleep (mouth tape helps), a balanced diet, lots of water, and aerobic activity in the morning helps keep me balanced and stress managed!

I would imagine that you are mentally healthy so wouldn't imagine that you need therapy. Now the question is, do therapists need therapy?
