Lots of people on the web love to say the phrase "Fit is King", well I'm here to tell you that fit doesn't mean spit to me, and that's why I purchased my made to measure suit from Indochino. I am so pleased that nothing fits correctly and as an added bonus; Indochino is completely ignoring my many requests asking for help. No returns, No exchanges, and No refunds, how sweet is that! Here is another popular phrase that people should remember; "Let the Buyer Beware".

Never heard of Indochino or OW, but some companies like Tailor4Less have pretty glaring reviews online and complain a lot about the fit. Is the compensation they provide for a custom tailor if these don't fit well generous enough to fix it up?

Willing to consider the possibility that I’m simply naive, but I’m wondering if all the hate to Indochino applies anymore? I ordered a suit from them two years ago and it fit wonderfully (got measured in person at their store near UCLA). Recently ordered two more suits after having my measurements updated in their Philadelphia store, and the fit was great out of the box for one of them and only needed minor tailoring for the other. The material is comparable to the Suitsupply jackets that I tried on the same day (though I opted for Suitsupply shirts over Indochino’s in a heartbeat). Am I missing something, or has Indochino recently stepped up their game? Or perhaps it’s an issue of in-store vs self measurements?

Hi Doug, I was at the showroom for measurements and order my 1st suit on 10/2/21. How long did it take you to receive your suit? They told me it should take 3-4 weeks. I'm hoping it will arrive on time for my nephew's wedding on 10/30/21. Thank you.

I must have got lucky with Indochino . I have a store near my office with good staff. They fitted me in person for a suit. Went over all the things I wanted. I then ordered a blazer and it fit perfectly with only a minor adjustment they made in store for free. The quality fit and finish of my first blazer is great for the price. I am exceedingly hard to fit - tall and with a 14 inch drop. Being near the store I was able to see, feel and pick fabrics in person. They look nothing like in the photos on their website. I am trying a second sports jacket soon. Maybe I will get lucky again and think perhaps part of this is being near a store with good staff. I dont deal with online representatives or emails.

Good Video Jon: 1) It's not that the pants are too skinny, it's just that they don't Drape properly, and but Bunch up once they go past your thigh. So Indochino needs to provide you a better quality of fabric and a more generous pant leg cut. 2) Yes they messed up the arm length. 3) NOTE I Always go outside in natural sunlight to see the real color of my suit. Artificial light is too unpredictable. I Hope Indochino corrects this for you. GOOD Luck Man!

Hi, I've been looking at ordering from Indochino, but I am rather picky about having my pants tapered. Although I realize this can be done at a tailor, what was your experience with the tapering of the pant legs? Personally, I prefer a 14.5 inch opening.

I have an Indochino suit and my pant opening was 14.25 inches ... I believe the pants are made with a fairly slim taper.

Indochino is the absolute worst. I've ordered suits from Suit Supply, Spier & McKay and others and there's simply no comparison. Indochino's suits are like $100 suits from JC Penney, except not as nice. They promise Super 120's and Super 110's , bu the material is threadbare thin and while they say it's half canvas lined, they fold like a cheap suit. What makes them even worse is trying to return one. They won't do it and as they send you one ill fitting suit after another, their responses get slower and slower. Save your money and do not buy a suit from Indochino, the absolute worst on the Internet.

Don Bridges Spier & McKay out of Canada. They're not MTM, but the fabrics and craftsmanship are unparalleled for the price.

That is hard to say, I sent the exact same measurements to both Indochino and Oliver Wicks so I have to believe it's an Indochino problem. I am still waiting on word from them on my re-made jacket

My experience with Indochino is they always go short on the sleeves and inseam, per slim cut clothing being in vogue. My remedy was updating my sizing profile on their site to match the measurements of tailored suits I have purchased from traditional brick and mortar men's stores.

Well, they guarantee fit in their suits so not with these custom companies! They had me take photos to show the fit and will likely exchange it for proper fit. Will be updating as I go!

Yes, you have full control over every detail- pocket style, lapel style, buttons- 2/3 or even double breasted. Quite a neat service.

Two things that should never be purchased online: Tailored Garments and dress shoes. @thekavelier; do you ever go into the store to have Made to Measure suits done? A real suit will require at least two fittings; therefore, to expect an "Out of a box" suit to fit properly without ever being fitted by tailors that work for the company who know their tolerance is a little pretentious. I think you should review in store experiences with real people.

Bought custom slacks from indochino NYC store. Had an awful experience having them actually getting the fit right (>5 trips to the store). Material wears out/rips incredibly easy. Save your money and buy elsewhere

Nothing to be sorry about, you're helping me look my best! The seam sits directly on my shoulder blade on this one... A problem I have is that my right trap is longer than my left.. once I point it out you might see it in any of my videos now where I am wearing a shirt I am not symmetrical!

My experience with Indochino was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. The jacket was 8"-10" too big. The pants were really baggy and WAY too short. The leg openings were really wide. This brand is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. The way they write their policies are very tricky. It's done in a way that you cant get a refund even though they provided GARBAGE.... STAY FAR AWAY FROM INDOCHINO
