I know some people tend say and focus on the negative things Portland is experiencing, but I wholeheartedly love Portland and will always take the bad with the million good it has to offer. Even though it has grown over the years, it just still has a different vibe than the other major cities on the west coast…the small-big city vibe and its friendly people. Oregon in general is just unbeatable in its beauty.

And a side trip to Multnomah Falls for what I call the drippy fern hike. Glad you got there. And yay! Someone must have clued you in the the iconic Sugar Pine for a meal after. Love that place. Perfect after visiting the Gorge.

Next time you go to Portland you gotta hit Pyro’s pizza. Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It’s at Cartopia on Hawthorne. Bomb chicken spot in the same food court too. Go Giants!

You hit up some good spots. Pip's is definitely amazing. Huge lines though. Love Tokyo Sando, especially since you can order ahead and pretty much pick up in a minute. Great picks, you must have done some research. Right around that Tokyo Sando area are a few places I like. Lardo's makes some great sandwiches. Wailua's Hawaiian Ice is so good. Nong's Khao Man Gai makes great chicken rice. You should also check out Kee's Loaded Kitchen if you are there on a weekend.

Most of these places were unique and looked good. I was surprised at several preparing and handling food without gloves, yuck.

Thanks! Yeah I totally understand! But honestly most food spots pre covid and present day don’t use gloves to prep certain food. They all practice washing hands in between everything 🙏🏽
