There is Doom/Death, Stoner Doom, Epic Doom, Sabbath doom, and atmospheric doom.

Hmm well i'de suggest some old tiamat, old my dying bride and old paradise lost, now that new shit :) Sure old katanonia can be considered doom, but alot of bands transition from doom to perhaps death, goth whatever, it's tricky to pinpoint sometimes :)
