I do love Zara clothes, it’s a shop that I can rely on if I need a quick outfit and high street fashion is my price point but it’s crazy how much you can tell the different between Zara, HM, Nasty gal etc when it appears on your channel alongside such luxury/high end brands, they honestly put high street clothes to shame but I do appreciate you trying to include some of your followers with lower budgets. I just adore watching you wear your expensive items around the house, I’m jealous but not bitter! ❤️

I personally hate it. The images are more like a models magazine, you can't really appreciate the clothing on the extremely thin models and gigantic images. It is not straightforward to navigate. I much rather either go to the shop itself, or buy online anywhere else.

I agree! I bought 2 silk like skirts from H&M and the cloth on each side where they meet/joined were crooked even after I ironed it. It was just horrible I had to return them. The worst experience I had with Zara was just buttons not stitched well enough.

It’s funny but I HATE H&M website and shopping there . Their clothes quality is horrible ( I threw out lots of clothes after first wash ) and everything is super oversized. Loved the video and hall . Lydia you’re gorgeous ❤️

Would recommend you tuck/hang your clochette into your birkin when you’re not using it and it’s on the shelf. I can see it pulling your front handle and overtime it can create a bend in the front leather of your bag.

I think they want to give off a different feel to typical online stores. The large images, model type poses - very editorial, yes, but truly difficult to actually view clothing and shop. If only they would shift to a mixture of body types, easier navigation and less bravado.

I love Zara's website, I think it is very user friendly and pleasing to the eye. Easy to browse and shop! The pictures are great, the styling is awesome, it is not at all boring like most of the other websites. I can browse for hours and don't lose interest like it happens to me the 2nd min on other websites.

I work at ZARA and I always use the ZARA app and I always hear people and costumers saying that the ZARA website is confusing and I couldn't understand why, until I actually went to the Zara website. Trust me, download the ZARA app and try. There's even option on the app that you don't have in the website, like build your wish list! And know they are introducing more options when you are in store. For example, see on your phone where a item from your wish list is in the store, booking a fitting room, ... but all this is still in development. They are investing more in the app than the website ;) xx

Zara website always bugged me SO badly! Like, exactly what you’re describing is how I used to feel about it. But now I just look up exactly the type of item I’m looking for and I just scroll down one by one. I got the hang of it and now I’m ok with it. But I have to completely disagree with what you said about the quality. My wardrobe is 90% Zara stuff and everything lasts me for yeeears. I have zara jeans that I’ve had for 6+ years and I still adore them. Shoes last forever and the clothes are equally good. I think you had one bad experience and decided to generalize.

I agree with the website for Zara. I think it’s how they style their pieces. Depending on the campaign it doesn’t always match everyones style. I find sometimes going into the store or seeing hauls is a better way of seeing the pieces style in your personal style.
