THAT WAS AWESOME! I can't wait to find out what you're going to do with the banana stalks! Those fish sure had fun going down that super slide. Wow the fish got really big and multiplied a lot in their temporary place, I think if you wait one more breeding season your fishing will be sustainable plus you could add river shrimp and clams for variety. I can't believe it's been four years since the cave, seems like yesterday, I have enjoyed accompanying you on your journey looking forward to the next four years.

Clams would also improve the water quality, which the fish would definitely benefit from.

Primitive skills,I have been watching your videos. I see such a big difference in the landscape since you started. So much greener now than before. I believe God had provided for us to enrich the world. If we leave it as the world would want us to, it would die. God said to go, work the land. He will provide. Which means if he said it then He will provide. If we use what He has given us, He will enrich it. I love how you have shown how using what He has given us only shows faith but such a blessing. Man doesn't always destroy. Once in a while he uses what God had provided and blesses us. Thank you for all your hard work to show people all that's needed is use it or it'll be gone.

Hey. I’m not a structural engineer, so I may be completely mistaken, but running your water just outside of the pond structure, for the banana leaf stalks to soak, can undermine the soil beneath the cement pond wall and base causing catastrophic failure of the pond structure. If you know something I don’t, that’s great. But I would suggest you look into it.
@backyardsounds2 жыл бұрын
I'm confused. Why would the soil fail due to banana stalks?
@audreyholmes97512 жыл бұрын
Nono he's running water *next* to the retaining wall for the pond, that's going to erode the dirt next to the wall. That's going to cause degrading issues and it could extend under the wall, when it rains that water is going to wash out all that loose dirt. Mortar is strong sure, but with no real solid ground for it to rest on it might start buckling under it's own weight, causing it to crack, and possibly fail. When you've had your own degrading problem and had to bail out 20 gallon paint buckets of water from your basement window well..... Ah, that shit's not fun, I tell you.
