JustAnswer Customer: I held it for five seconds and then it showed lo.so I held it again for five seconds and it showed ul.so I'm assuming it's unlocked.

JustAnswer Customer: I put it back in lock mode and then held the arrows.

JustAnswer Customer: I can press it down to - 16 but then it goes back to -9

JustAnswer Customer: It kicked on but now it's not running.
JustAnswer Customer: just showing -9 should I try to change the temp with the up and down arrows

Kelly: Appliance Technician: Okay, so that is the actual temp, now down arrow to 0 or colder and it should be just fine!

JustAnswer Customer: by pressing the down arrow it takes me to lower numbers but when I let go it goes back to displaying 17 F

Kelly: Appliance Technician: The compressor will kick back on, it may take a 20-30 minutes but it will kick on.

I went to Frigidaire, lookup up several models to get an idea, looked at two to three youtube videos, pushed buttons up, pushed buttons down, 15 seconds, three seconds, etc...and finally this purple screen on how to reset the freezer finally worked. Thank you.

Where is this 'up/down' arrow button? Not seeing one on our older Fridgidare upright freezer.

My Frigidaire works sometimes upright freezer and other times it doesn’t a green light flashes

I just unplug the freezer I will plug it back in
