I agree with the variation take. Consistency also seems to normalise some builds you weren't happy with before. For example I made a few cottage core style windmills in my world and at first I thought the one I made was too big or thick compared to the other builds around it. After I added three of the same windmill in one location it no longer felt too thick because it just felt like all windmills in this town just happen to make their windmills that way.

I think a really cool idea in connecting all your builds aside from roads is a massive like subway system like the ones in New York or Chicago not like just a minecraft railroad but I know you can pick that apart

Honestly I think you should just make it a normal survival world. Its too great to risk losing it all and its future. At this point in your progress hardcore isn't so much a challenge but luck.

Can you make a hunters guild in the city and it is the center of the city. The hunters Guild is not just hunters and gatherers. They are also warriors, mercenaries, and ex soldiers.

How do you choose your block pallette to use in a build? The shapes are easy for me but when it comes to what blocks to use I start to panic and no matter what pallette I use it just looks wrong. I mean I could use spruce everywhere (it works in everything) but it's boring. How do I incorporate something like nether wood, prismarine, copper or quartz, or just other types of wood so that the different blocks are working together?

Really like this new extra video, love the main videos but i find it a shame how much gets covered in one episode now, I get it, I do successful KZbinrs need to do bigger and better all the time but I miss the style and pace of videos from a few years ago, this extra episode feels like it fills in the gap between those videos and the new mega epic style episodes.

Hi fwhip you should make a military outpost and other defenses to defend New papyrus trade routes from raiders every great trading city has to have defenses to protect the merchants and their trade.

For the axolotls in the episode you had extra in the video you can add a new section to your own old world villager trader farm for the axolotls like a big crack in one of the cave walls and make a lush cave for the axolotls and any other mobs you have extra

This is such a great idea! I've been missing Fishing with fWhip. It's nice to be able to hear your thoughts about stuff. You have a very balanced perspective. I definitely hope they do some considerable reworking on the new villager stuff before they implement it. I like the idea, but definitely not the execution so far, with the Cartographer and Wandering Trader as the only exceptions. I think they got those ones right. I'd be interested to know your thoughts more in depth on how they should implement the new villager updates.

I would love to see like a fantasy dark forest type themed biome build. Like a league of legends type vibe to it. Lights and bright plants for the ambience but everything is dark
