📖 Story Synopsis:
The day Rina won the Best Actress award, I was sitting in the audience.
She held the trophy, her smile no longer showing any trace of the innocence and helplessness from five years ago when she found me.
"To win this award, the person I must thank the most is Francis, my Mr Chen."
Her Mr Chen wasn’t me.
Almost at the moment Rina spoke, everyone in the venue turned their eyes toward me with looks of pity and surprise.
This was because they all knew that Rina’s success today was entirely due to my support and protection.
I smiled silently and was the first to start clapping.
But the girl who had lived in my heart since she was 16 years old had finally disappeared.

Greed is part of it but it's not the whole thing. Rina was well aware of how much resources Ken put into her, but she overestimated Ken's resolve to be her simp and this is why she was so shocked and panicked when he stopped supporting her. Her main issue is that she's in her own little world and made assumptions about Ken's intentions with her and believed she was just a mere substitute for one of Ken's past acquaintances. That lack of trust consumed her and she became a spiteful little creature.

Agree; as the saying goes: "No man is an island" and that saying also goes for women. Rina was so absorb in her success that she completely forgot who made her what she is that day.

I also believed she once sincerely loved Ken but because of simply too much lack of trust in him and her pride, she never asked to Ken who was that girl in the frame thus her love turned into jealousy then into hatred because of her own misunderstanding. As for her and Francis unlike what Ken explained i believe she knew very well that Francis lied but purposly chose to believe him as in a way to get back at Ken because of his so-called "control". Well she got her karma and ended in a situation that fits her where she can finally "walk" on her on "free".

"Why are you ending this?" Eh, love. YOU are the one who ended it by believing Francis, who's only goal in liking her was so he doesn't get forgotten. Well the jokes on him, cause he's now dead to the fans. As for Rina, hopefully this experience will teach her to be a better person and realise that now EVERYONE are what they claim to be.

All i see is characters who were all dirty in their own ways but at least for her she was corrupted by a pathetic person. I could see giving her a second chance as long as nothing happened between her and the falling actor but not after all the abuse and what not she posted. People fade away over time so do careers and in industries where age is an enemy people should learn to evolve as they age not hold onto what they could achieve when younger. Sad thing is she was not a kid when she was boosted and was already around the age where roles change yet because of a scumbag what she thought was her world was twisted and she made mistakes. If anything that aging actor should have faced defamation charges as well as coursion charges.
