Yes, it was her landline, at one point she says "stop calling my house". However, even when calling a cell phone or a house that has/had caller ID you could use programs or equipment that would change your number every time you made a new call. They are still around and pretty easy to use.

People forget if they're calling from the radio station, the station has multiple numbers so you couldn't block all the numbers even if you had caller ID.
