Would you ever be interested in doing any sort of cooking videos? You've mentioned being vegetarian/partially vegan a bunch in the past, and I'm curious what your staple sort of foods and meals are (I'm also vegetarian trying to be more vegan !!!) loved this video as always!

Good luck with the 90% vegan goal! I try to eat mostly vegan and find what works well for me is to eat vegan at home/do vegan meal prep, but when I eat out I don't restrict myself to only vegan options (mostly because those are frequently few and far between). Hope you find a method that works for you!
