Cooking recipe and ingredients:
400 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Add 150 g of sour cream.
Sift 500 g of flour (all-purpose).
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Add 200 g of flour (all-purpose).
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough rose well. Airy as a cloud.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Form a ball.
Divide into 4 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Melt 100 g of butter.
80 ml of vegetable oil.
Grease the surface of the dough with the prepared oil.
Roll out the dough.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
We will need a fork.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°/356°F for 30-35 minutes.
It all worked out.
Wait until they cool down.
It was very simple and easy.
Our incredibly delicious bread is ready.
The bread turned out very beautiful and fragrant!
