My hair is severely damaged (bleached, breakage, thinning, discolour) and it stresses me out so much! My goal is to try and grow my hair it’s natural colour but so many people say it’s not possible. This video really reassured me that it certainly is possible and I couldn’t thank you enough!!

Once you start making drastic hair color changes it becomes a trap because of the contrast when roots start to show... then you want to color the roots and you get stuck in a never ending cycle ...so much better to stay as close to natural color or don't color at all to avoid the damage...

I went through that daeneris Targaryen phase too … I went from brunette to ice blonde … Then my thick hair had become so fine and damaged I cut it off all the length . It’s been 5 years and my hair are thick long and healthy again . I m so happy now and confident I will never dye it agai. You kinda look like daeneris you rock the ice blond hair !

you are so so pretty!! and you honestly have the best natural brows I think i’ve ever seen I go to Poland every year to see my babcia and I always get my hair done there because it costs me $150 zł, compared to the $300 I pay in Canada haha I’m also super into haircare and I recommend switching to natural products without SLS and bad alcohols! It’s changed my hair so much :)

I think the stylist was right about platinum being impossible first try! People who go from your hair color to platinum white usually have to have 2-3 sessions to go that light healthily!!

I had stress induced Telogen effluvium causing about 15% of my hair to fall out over the course of 6 months. Now that it’s slowing down I’ll do anything to have my hair back.

Also, just adding, it is almost impossible to get fully white hair. You have to start with really light brown hair and it will take multiple, multiple bleaching processes.

Hii! I use pumpkin seed oil, olive oil and fennel flower oil. I also tried walnut. I always check for oils for medium porosity hair. If yours is damaged you can look for high porosity oils.

Hi. I went to the keratin treatment salon where Amazon Keratin was used. It’s okay to do it on bleached hair but you need to wait at least 2 weeks after bleaching it

Use oils, DON'T DYE IT BLACK PLEASE haha its the worst you can do. Its gonna cover how it looks but the sensation Everytime you touch it....not gonna like it hehe. Better try some oils and conditioning treatments. I got my hair fried with a silver balayage a year ago....this april i cut it chin length to start again and NEVER bleach it again 😂😂

Yeah, cutting your hair is the easiest option. You can certainly fix it with the right products but if you hate the color, it's gonna be more difficult. Maybe cut some of your hair, die the rest with some gentle toner and find out how you can fix it?
