You have a right to complain I don't understand this mindset... Everyone has a right to complain about a shitty situation vs. someone else's shittier situation. Now if you over-complain then yes thats a different story, but every human being has the right to complain regardless of the extremeness of the injury or diagnosis
@larissaleigh44885 жыл бұрын
Ok but like, just because someone has worse problems than you that doesn't make yours invalid. If you are broke and cant pay your rent, sure, its not as bad as being homeless but its still a valid problem and you can still complain or be worried about it even though its not as bad as some other problems in the world. The " oh i shouldn't complain about anything because there are others who have it worse" mindset is illogical and really annoying

All I can say is go for it! I followed a similar path, growing up with multiple dangerous medical problems, and eventually went back to college to become a registered nurse. Despite extreme pain, nearly dying from a rare, life threatening vascular defect called Dunbar Syndrome, and being 1 semester away from graduating, I refused to let the circumstances keep me down. This placed promoting quality of life in perspective.

I have a complex congenital heart condition and have had 3 open heart surgeries , and although I don’t have a pump myself I do what it’s like not to know what’s going to happen in the future with my condition especially since it’s palliative. I really sympathise with you, you are so brave and I hope new treatment will soon be found to help not only you but people with the same condition 💓

She's such a fighter! It must be extremely hard to accept that she will become immune to the drug soon and will probably pass away prematurely. She has so much more courage than me! Then again her condition is so much more severe. I'm 14 and I was told that I'm slowly going deaf from my frequent ear infections. They said there's a pretty good chance I'll be more than half deaf by the time I'm 30.

I'm 16 but I have a permanent infection in my right ear and it happened when I was just 6 yrs old...I'm a little bit deaf so when someone wants to say something secret to me, they have to whisper in my left ear...oh and i have to come to see a doctor everyday when my right ear starts to hurt or there's a liquid flowing out

I wish this would some how get to her. But I want her to know that she is strong and I know accepting a hard condition is painful but she knows that being who she is she can see that we have to treasure our lives and live them to the fullest. So thanks for reminding me of this. I hope that there can be a cure found for her condition because she is so honest and humble that she deserves to live. We need more heartfelt people in our world if you agree comment this emoji 💜 on a video that stands for something meaningful in your life

I have diabetes type 1 and I understand the struggle of carrying around a bag with so much supplies in it. I have something called a insulin pump and I gotta pump some drugs in me too. It’s really sicks
@kiara5746 жыл бұрын
I also use an insulin pump! I find it much easier though because I don’t need to worry about constantly using injections and forgetting them at home when I go out. It gives me much more freedom too because it takes into account how much insulin is still in my body from the last bolus and I don’t need to worry about a low blood glucose reading most of the time. I use the Medtronic 640G pump btw. It comes with a CGM which helps prevent highs and lows and it helps stabilize my BG readings. Since I have to live with T1 diabetes, I am glad I have this pump.

Wow this reminds me a lot of my diabetes and my insulin pump. It's a similar routine, changing out my set, drawing out insulin from a vial. A handbag full of supplies. This girl is strong and so, so great. Keep going 💪
