​@@kozukitonio740i think that was done intentionally. he probably said that line so much during the purge and he knows he is being used by his own mother so he is sick of everything thats why he sounds depressed imo. but in the 2nd phase he breaks the seal so he is finally free and you can hear more emotion in his voice.

@@anonisnoone6125 I’m trying different techs atm. Like starting the fight with the black knight dagger to start the fight with 10% off his health. Then applying frost debuffs and spacing with range attacks. It’s okay but even with a rune arc, crimson medallion plus 3 and an erd tree seal +2 for the buffs to my health at 60 vigor, he still kills me in basically 2 hits with decent armour. I’ve only tried him for an hour I’ll give it a go later tho. But ng+ was a mistake for sure

@@C1umsyJesterI’m ng+7 and it’s pretty much the same for me but I’m lvl 285 with 70 vigor and if I get hit any of his combos I’m dead no matter the health and I’ve only got his 2nd phase to a little under half health and that was with my mimic being the best distraction ever but he died and I got 1 shotted the moment he died 😭😭 I’m making a new world just for the dlc rn so I don’t have to deal with these 100k health bar bosses😅

Dragon blade even with it's weapon art deals about 2k damage out of his 60k health meaning you'd have to hit like 30 of them throughout the whole fight, on top of bayle spamming like 4 different nukes in his second phase.

@@wolvesbane1748 It's just very hard to believe i guess. I'm literally playing this dlc on NG+7 and his health is enormous and dosen't budge with damn near any weapon that isn't the great katana. NG+ must be that easy or you're still leaving some things out. Still, Bayle is definitely harder than messemer on just a mechanic level alone, messemer looks hard on paper but just like malenia has obvious tells and patterns while Bayle is constant aggression and AOE.

@@lordninetails514 ur on new game plus 7 ofc hes harder for u im only on ng 1 hes definitely easier on ng 1 and im lvl 308 messmer was harder for me cuz of his fire resistance and my best weapons are fire based so i had to respec to a more bleed proficient build to kill him and i had to use a shield on messmer thats how u knw he was hard asf for me with bayle it wasnt that bad
