I have a Syrian inlaid/marquetry gaming table with a few matching stools which have a '1933 World's Fair' label on them. If they were exhibited there I wonder if that would increase their value? I'd also be interested in whether there exists a vendor list or directory for that event...then I might be able to attribute the makers. Speaking of Ft. Dearborn, by the way: I had an ancestor that was a carpenter who had apparently built the first 'A-frame' building at Ft. Dearborn. It was also said that he shot the last bear in the area as well.

@@TheAntiqueNomad Yes! Like they used real ginger instead of Flavoring . I drink Ginger beer now. Reid's Extra Spicy haha it's great for an upset stomach, and just overall refreshing. Too strong for some. but I like it. Non-alcoholic.

Oh, I'm sorry! I wish I could find more of those and share the wealth. eBay takes the highest bid, some people get alerts to keep upping their bid if they want something badly enough and then they outbid, I've had it happen too

Its great way selling items thats on u tube lot people view u tue vids very hard to sell anything on ebay to many conmen on that make out they didnt get item or item was broken then send back fake or broken item
