Is this open to people outside of the states? I would like to win this as I am a new subscriber who recently found your channel whilst looking for help with hypothyroidism. I've had ME for 5 years now and been on quite the journey of recovery. I am now dealing with hypothyroidism but determined to get fully "well" by the end of the year. Your channel is so inspiring to me. I'd love help with the cost of groceries 🙏

Hi Katie! I've been following you for YEARS ... like big blue couch years. I chuckled when you said you got chomps as a snack because I started eating them after you introduced them in a video where you were singing "chomps chomps chomps," lol. Anyway, I should win the gift card because I have to travel 3 hours to get to my closest trader joes, so this would be a big help in my grocery shopping endeavors. I, too, have hypothyroidism, so finding gluten-free/dairy-free foods that are within budget AND taste good is hard. Trader Joe's has a lot of those reasonably priced items you mention in your video (like their cauliflower gnocchi). I would love to see more videos throughout the year featuring products you like to cook with. For example, I would have never tried the hearts of palm, but I will now look for it! Also, I love your quick meal-prepping videos or any videos where you are baking or cooking because they give me many ideas for what I can make at home.

Living here in Canada we do not have Trader Joe’s. It’s just my husband and I and we eat a whole foods diet. We save a fortune shopping at Costco, just the toilet paper loan pays for the membership. There is a great variety of organic and grass fed cheeses meats and eggs. We buy our nuts and seeds, oils, meats, nut butters, almond and milk, and an endless variety of organic pantry items such as sprouted oats, coconut sugar, shredded coconut, organic diced tomatoes, beans, butter etc.. I also can buy our unscented Kirkland laundry detergent and dog kibble, such a savings!

And side note- I don’t understand why they don’t expand into Canada-you’re on the same continent!!!! I’m in Puerto Rico and when I’m not I ship my dad things alll the time. I can see why it would be harder to expand there. But Canada… there’s no excuse!

@@GoodandDelicious would be fun, but we live in Manitoba. Not just that, but the cost of fuel then add the exchange on the dollar, then duty on the products purchased, it would go way beyond budget friendly lol. I shopped once at a Trader Joe’s in Arizona, while a novelty, if I were American I probably wouldn’t frequent it that often as we eat mainly a whole foods diet and I think there are better prices elsewhere. It was fun though😁

Hi Katie! I looove Trader Joe’s too. Last year my health wasn’t that great and it drown me mentally and physically of course, so I started realizing that you really are what YOU EAT. This year I started appreciating nature more and what it gives us and started taking care of my body consciously, not to much for fitness even though I enjoy it but for my own wellness. I want more fruits and veggies and your REWARD will help me a lot to enrich my body with food nutrients. I am also preparing my body to start my pregnancy journey so it all connects together. Great tip I’ve received: eat more of what God has made. Did he made the avocado? Yes, so eat more of that. Did he made the potato? Yea, so eat that. Did He made potatoes chips? No, it’s processed a lot so eat less of that. That’s how I think when I shop, MORE of what God made( whole food) less of what humans made. - never said don’t ever eat process because ice cream is delishhh but LESS. Thank you Katie!❤

Hi Katie! I’ve recently gotten super motivated to finally lose that 50lbs! I’m currently down my first 5lbs and excited to keep going and not just give up! I really feel this is finally it for me. And I have you to thank 1000% for that. I’ve been binging your content over again to help me keep motivated. That $100 will help me in my new grocery budget for sure! I recently switched my whole house to clean eating and as a mom to 5 kids (oldest 7, youngest 9months) you can imagine that grocery bill is a scary sight haha. I could also use it to buy your peanut butter protein powder haha! I already have your vanilla chocolate, miss congeniality and wing woman, all are amazing! My husband has even started stealing scoops 😂 I feel so much better fueling myself with guilt free nutrition. I recently bought your new pink drink mix and it’s amazing! I’m excited to see the difference in my skin! I’ve been enjoying your workout app too, but that is my one area I’m struggling to stay motivated in, your quick workouts on their are perfect for my procrastination. Thank you for making these videos and being such a positive role model on the internet! I especially love the grocery hauls and what I eat in a day videos for inspiration! Sending love, grace, and positive vibes to you and your family! God bless! -Kelly

I am training for my first bikini competition in November 2023. I still have 25 pounds to lose and 10 months of training before hitting the stage! I am so excited and look forward to my continued transitition! I have been working 2 jobs, part time so I can have more flexibility to be availalble to help my mom. Money has been tight especially with the added cost of competiting. NO matter how tough it gets, or how many mistakes I make, I am not giving up! This is the first time that I am doing something good just for me. Not for approval, a relationship, not for a job and definitely not just to get into skinny jeans. I am so out of my comfort zone but I know it's the only way to the best version of me and for that I am grateful :)

I’ve been struggling with my hormones (PCOS + high cortisol) and have been slowly integrating new habits to support me on my healing/health journey! Learning about cycle syncing and how to eat more balanced, after years of restrictive diets, unhealthy habits and healthy eating confusion. The biggest barrier has been cost of keeping up with groceries and supplements. The 100$ Visa would help cover the cost of some supplements I haven’t been able to afford along with some healthy grocery items that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to buy. I'm a grandma to 5, run three companies and very busy. I'm super ambitious, but to a fault. My own health has struggled because I don't say 'no' enough which takes away from self-care. I'm working on that though! In the meantime, I've gotten into the rut of placing orders for curbside pick-up, which, as you stated, costs way more and gives you less control in the items you are receiving. Often times, if I actually get to the store in person, I discover items I didn't know existed. Every little bit helps the budget, so grocery money is always welcome. Regardless, your videos are fun, make healthy decision-making easier and inspire me. Thank you!

I love your tips & tricks! I am a household of 1, and it's so tricky buying/cooking for 1 serving size or 2. THE STRUGGLE IS REAL!! The big challenge for me is having some leftovers; but not too much that it gets old before I can eat it. I did enjoy that you bought protein you could freeze for later, the quinoa pasta was new to me - I didn't know they made that product, and learning more about the benefits about bone broth was very interesting. I learned something new from you too about which oils you should & shouldn't heat. Thank you for that burst of knowledge! Hi Katie, Well, where to begin...on my journey with you, I've lost 75lbs. I still need a few more to come off. You've taught me how to eat clean amongst other things that, unfortunately, my parents and family never shared growing up. Wasn't the thing, I guess. Anyhow, with what I've gained, I was able to share with my daughter and boyfriend. And because of you, we are healthy. We all second guess what we want to eat versus, wait a minute. I feel I deserve the giveaway, just as much as anyone else here, given the fact that groceries are so expensive. And It is Double expensive if you are buying healthy groceries! Actually there probably is several that need this more than me, so I'm super happy for whoever wins this!!

I take care of my 3 grandkids during the week and I’m transitioning them over to organic healthier options. The earlier you start them eating healthy the better! Because they’re growing they are hungry all the time!!!! Our grocery bill has gone up.

Love love love Trader Joe’s but unfortunately the closest one to me is like a 45min drive each direction. When I do go I stock up majorly with all my favs! $100 would go a very long way in helping with my stock up trip, which happens about every other month due to my budget. Also a great way to help make your fruits and veggies last longer is the Rubbermaid fresh works containers - I tell you they help keep all my fruits and veggies fresh for like a week or more!! I eat a lot of berries and hate when they get mushy; gotta be crisp or in the blender they go!

I’m a working professional single mom who is trying to set an example for my 2 girls with healthy lifestyle choices. I want to show them how eating healthy makes the difference as a lifestyle versus restricting to just protein, which has led is to binge on sweets because we lack energy. I love your healthy sensible easy to understand channel!

This card would help me a lot this month! Our budget is already running out and I am going to be starting a strict elimination diet very soon to try and get a little relief and some answers for my chronic illness, so this would go a long way towards stocking up on quality proteins and produce.

I love these tips!! I am trying to eat healthier and shop at TJ too so it is SO helpful to hear how much you spend and what you buy for healthy snacks. I am inspired by your list, also can't wait to try the Heart of Palms Pasta! Also, LOVE the baking soda trick, totally trying that.

Back in the fall I injured my knee and can't do my regular walks and trips to the gym, so I've gained 6 pounds. I'm doing many PT exercises to heal. In the meantime, the big challenge is not eating out of frustration. You've given me incentive for yummy food prepping and the gift card will help me buy lots of the items you buy. I'm also a big TJ shopper and live in Oregon. Love your challenge. Your baby is adorable!

As a mom of young twins, trying to make healthy meals for picky toddlers is SUCH a struggle, before you consider cost! So I’d love to have some extra money to make sure I’m setting them up to succeed at a young age!

No Trader Joes here in the UK but as I mostly cook from scratch it’s not a problem we find Aldi is fab for fresh foods as well as frozen and we’re blessed to have a butcher who trades locally and delivers all around the villages. Fresh fish is tougher to get but there are some OK frozen options xx

I have been following you for a couple of years now and can say that your advice has changed the way I eat. I no longer shop the snack isles and focus more on foods that make my body feel good. I am only 23 and groceries can be expensive right now. I would love the gift card to be able to buy some fresh fruits for my morning smoothies❤

Oh my god, I just went grocery shopping last night. Food is so expensive. Thank god we can still use WIC but even with that it’s SO expensive. My partner gets food benefits every month but it’s NOT enough because we still have to supplement my sons nutrition with formula. He LOVES your oatmeal breakfast cookies with cashew butter! I work full time but most of it goes to rent & utilities. I refuse to let nutrition come 2nd or 3rd to anything. I do love the LSF protein too but it’s something I splurge on or ask for as a gift. I got chocolate for Christmas! Anyway I would love to see more of the morning and evening routines. Love those & the holiday treat ideas for different occasions. I made those Christmas treats like CRAZY & everyone loves them: my family, my coworkers. So great! Luke is SO BIG already! He’s perfect, oh my gosh!! 78 degrees in February?? NOT FAIR!!! It’s freezing here (Boston) Thanks Katie! Thanks LSF! I love my move app. I use it every day at the gym or at home on the weekends. Hugs to everyone who’s doing their best everyday. That’s ALL of us! ❤

Loved this video so much! I struggle with living on my own and cooking for one - it's difficult to know what to get / how much to get, because I hate when food spoils or goes to waste! I love your channel and am excited for wonderful videos to come this year! I'd love to see your tips on bringing food to work without always having to meal prep the same things! Thanks, Katie! XO

Hi Katie! I’ve actually followed you for several years because I find your videos genuinely entertaining but I finally committed to team LSF and recently finished LSF30. The $100 will help me continue my new healthy lifestyle. In the meantime I’m going to continue to crush my LSF workouts!

Amazing tips as always Katie! I’m a PhD student so budgeting is definitely a big deal for me and I don’t have a lot of money to spend on groceries. It’s great to see how much you were able to get for $150 and plan out your week of meals! Trader Joe’s is one of my favorites for healthy food on a lower budget. I know $100 would go a long way there 💕

I'm 19 years old and I live on my own due to being disconnected from my family. I unfortunately had to drop out of school and get a fulltime job. In between rent, car, and being at work all the time its hard to keep the mentality and mindset to stay healthy. Since I found you, your videos have helped so much. Instead of sofa I now drink kambucha(or trying to) I mostly stick to water. I have food stamps but I only get 100 a month. I want to be healthy, my concern isn't really losing weight(I'm working on that too). I'm trying to be healthy to fix my mentality and also to help my health in the future as I have a 83% of getting my hereditary heart disease. The 100 would really help with my food plan, but whoever gets the 100 deserves it. I'm joining for the fun of it!! Also good luck everyone!!! Stay healthy, I believe in you

As a flight attendant sometimes meal prepping and eating healthy seems impossible with our lifestyles. I want to get back into meal prepping and taking healthy food options with me so that I’m not paying high airport/hotel prices and not dependent on a bag of snacks all day. ❤

Also, of course more healthy grocery hauls, meal prep recipes, easy snacks, on the go food ideas. Even knowing what kinds of containers you use would be helpful for me.

We spend so much at the grocery store. We shop every two weeks, so try and get enough so that we don’t have to stop during the week for one item. I’m vegetarian and my husband is not so much harder with two different meals needed (mostly dinners are the hardest).
