Believe it or not, cutting edge developers could still be able to pick a couple of details from this young man's madmax junk to further develop to perfection. The blame here however, is African governments' lack of putting a meaning to their institutions. Many Africans governments are too colonized mentally and physically they'd rather be impressed by Western subjects engineering endeavours and products rather than raise their own out of the dust. If the guy have had access to metal machining resources since, I'm 100% sure he would be able to give these spinning parts some thrush into the air in 10yrs or even less.

@@mbembadrammeh9674 no. This is a piece of junk. He's reached the ceiling, his intelligence goes no higher. The information to build a flying machine can be found in a few minutes from any cell phone. The basics of aerodynamics can be understood in half a days reading, enough to build a machine and understand why what goes where and what it does. I could build a basic flying machine with some aluminium poles and sailcloth and steel rope and a small engine, probably in 2 weeks or much less i would be flying around. Yet this poor chap constructs 2 tons of scrap metal and a lawnmower engine and dreams it could fly. It’s the mind of a child and no doubt the finished article looked exactly like the drawing he did 10 years ago .

As Pastor David manning said , you were given South Africa and all its 1st world infrastructure and ruined it all. Same in Zimbabwe. Same in Harlem, Detroit, Haiti.

Well I guess you are dumb because IQ does not determine on how smart or dumb you are iQ determined on how fast you react to a problem or situation everyone has the same brain everyone can be as smart as the other. For an example if you are learning the same thing as someone else and pay attention you both will have the same knowledge it doesn’t matter what color or race your from. I’m a black, brown student in my school 14 years old and I have white friends that can’t understand the thing I can in geometry, global history, chemistry and sometimes U.S History and I’ve never failed any of those classes I had a 89% average last year in 9th grade and this year I’ve went down to a 86% average for the first marking period but I’ve been slacking with my study’s in my AP classes I’m also in the NJROTC program and I do very well there too. I’m also planning on becoming a pilot for American Airlines.
