200g of dahi only gives you 7g of protein and not 25g unless you are using Greek yogurt so please be conscious while mentioning rest is fine loved the video ❤

Sry u are wrong here. I'm a vegitarian and even Greek yoghurt can't give u 25 gm of protein. Infact the amount of protein in curd and greek yoghurt is almost the same, depending upon the water content of your curd.

Ok that calculation is quite misleading. Firstly, only the protein is mentioned. Moong dal and other plant based protein sources actually have a lot more carbs than protein. Secondly 25g in one cup dahi is definitely wrong. Even in greek yoghurt, you get 8g in 100g of yoghurt. If you take skyr, i think it's 11g per 100g. How is regular indian watery dahi, which has around 3g of protein and an equal amount of fat magically giving 25g protein? Unless of course, you're chugging a liter down and calling it one cup.

1 cup Yogurt is 25 gms protein?? Wow that’s impossible. Your calculations are way off… is this divided between 2 people? Because 96 gms protein for 1 meal for 1 person is too much . That’s a one day requirement for many people

That is what I was thinking, protein intake of complete day is calculated according to body weight. So when a person eats 52 grams in one meal and let's say 30 each in lunch and dinner, it will be 112 grams

46 grams per person / 92 grams of protein is a lot for the body to digest at once. It's important to include plenty of fiber to support digestion and gut health. I suggest limiting protein powder to just one scoop.

Nah it doesn't matter. For an avg person it would, but for someone who's been consuming high protein diet it doesn't affect. Our body is capable of digesting 46 grams of protein with ease in one meal. She did add carrots and other veggies as fiber source and also included curd which is probiotic.

Well u underestimate moong dal while overestimate dahi. Dahi actually contains a little more than 8 gms (8.1-8.2) per cup. While a cup moong dal raw contains around 48 grams of protein. (1 cup =197gms of moong dal) U said u soaked 1/cup moong dal = 24 g, 1/cup oats= 5.4g, 1/2 cup dahi= 8.1g, protein powder 2 scoop =56g. 93.5 gm of protein. And since its 2 serving, u get 46.25g per serving. Its recommend to eat 22-30g protein per meal. So its already good. What u have. I usually daily have 100 gm of moongdal/besan/other lentils gives me 24g + dahi 8g + chutney +some fruit or mixed salad 2-3g. = 34g I easily get. Not all is bioavailable so i get enough utilized protein which around around 24 g.

Dear you are my fav ..my one question..I m under impression that we have to divide amount of protein in full days requirement into portion in order to have max benefit and absorption ..then rather than to eat 95 gms in one sitting why not go for multiple portions ??if we calculate 1.5 gms per kg if intense workout then round about 105 gms round about should be enough for a 70 kg person ..if we take 95 in morning itself full day we can have only 10 more .though more proteins is no harm ..just m asking to know more about..
