Very nice. Do have a question that maybe you can address. Why have separate drive motors and speed controls for the feed and drum systems? Is it that it is simpler to have each on a separate drive vs running both with one motor with the shafts bearing mounted and driven by a timing belt system since both will always need to be coordinated?

Yes I considered that but I wanted to be able to stop the hopper feeding cases when adjusting the flame/drum timing. It is not hard to get them both to run at the same speed anyway.

If you had both rollers linked with same size pulleys and timing belt in the back that can be bought for for couple bucks off ebay you wouldn't have to worry about trying to synchronize both rollers

Yes that was an option but I wanted the ability to stop the hopper feed at any time and feed cases in manually for fine tuning the temperature.

I made my own modifications to the one on Elfsters video . I added the hopper & motor and feeder wheel plus added the proximity sensor and counter. It is fully adjustable for speed and case feed. This is not an annealing demonstration as the flame was not even turned on.
