Hi Helene! On the screen click Menu, then INFO, and it will say "Total Number Of Work:" then display a number :)

I have the machine for a year no problems great machine. Take note multi needle embroidery machines all have one thing in common! The users must learn the machine inside and out be able to maintain and repair it so their is now down time. Now if it's something you can't do yourself call support and have them walk you through it or send someone over to repair it if under warranty. Mighty Hoops is a must big difference will change your world but very expensive.

Have you changed a needle? I tried changing a needle on my 1010 and unscrewed the screw too much and the entire pressure popped out. Still haven't got it done. I'll need to call Support. Ugh.

Call customer service and FaceTime on how to do hats. It has to do with your parameters. They will walk you through it. Then you will love it. I have the MT1501 and still learning. I feel very confident now. ❤

With the correct hoop it would be able to no problem! I've done horse saddle pads which are much thicker than duffel bags.

I recommend getting a preowned babylock or brother multi needle. I have a 6 needle Babylock that I found preowned and it's amazing. ^-^there's a lot more features that it comes with than the ricoma.

I love my EM1010 too! I’ve had her for over 2 years already and like you I’ve never had any problems with customer service! And I don’t like hats! Lol! 😊

The sleeve mighty hoop will be hard to use on this. I have the EM1010 and I just use my 8 in 1 hoop for sleeves. I tried to do a sleeve with that sleeve hoop it impossible to hoop. So just beware
