Is your gutter system set up to harvest rainwater? Where will the water run into from the gutters, do you have tanks set up , ?

The gutter system is not set up to harvest rainwater, For me its function is likely to divert rainwater away from the foundation of the house to prevent erosion and water damage. Properly directing rainwater can help maintain the integrity of the building over time
