As someone who only dresses in sporty clothes like Nike shorts and tees are there any jewelry or accessories you can recommend?

Id say a ring or adjustable bracelet are the two most casual and easy wear pieces of jewellery. A clean silver ring goes with anything. I find personally multiple rings, looser bracelets and watches less streamlined and more noticeable when wearing, and as such dont wear them on the daily.

Depending on your budget and where you are in life.. I’d say a stainless steel diver watch. Contemporary or vintage Seiko, Tudor, Omega Seamaster, Tissot, Oris, Fortis or Orient . Can’t go wrong!
