Kristi I just have to say - your channel has had such an enormous impact - I started a low carb lifestyle just over 1 year ago and found your channel right around that time. I have Ehlers Danlos (along with Sjogren's and POTS) and low carb has been highly recommended by all of my docs for a while now. You make it SO MUCH EASIER to make good choices. I love your 'what I eat in a day' and grocery haul videos. I also love the recipes. Your peanut butter/egg/swerve mug cake thing is one of my absolute favorites. I've never stuck to a new lifestyle before, but this time, with your videos for inspiration, I've lost 80 pounds. 80 pounds gone, healthy enough to have a much needed hip surgery later this year. You show us it's possible to succeed when life just throws crap your way - constantly. Health struggles can make it just that much harder and I see you - you're keeping it real - and you're succeeding - you're not perfect - and I think maybe I can do it too, I don't have to be perfect. I just wanted to be sappy for a minute because I really do appreciate your content so much. I get super sappy thinking about the last year of my life, lol. Our fav condiments are Mayo, G Hughes sweet & spicy BBQ sauce, G Hughes mango habanero sauce, G Hughes sweet chili, G Hughes Polynesian sauce, sugar free relish, pickled jalapeño peppers, and Primal Kitchen ketchup. We're always stocked on eggs, butter & all the cheeses bc we also watch the sales as we have the benefit of another fridge/freezer in our garage too.

Your sweater and your makeup go together so well in this video! My favorite sugar-free condiment has to be ketchup. We use the Heinz No Sugar Added ketchup (1g carb per Tbsp). The Ratio yogurt you showed sounds interesting. I don't like yogurt, but I might try those. Our Walmart doesn't carry those, though, so will have to look for them at Publix. I couldn't even find them on Amazon.

I enjoy watching you and your "craziness". I had sleeve surgery 1 year ago. I think Danion Light and Fit better than Ratio. It has less fat so maybe if keto don't want but low carb. A lit less calories so recomenned by my nutritionist. My Walmart has Peanut butter delight, cookies and cream and strawberry cheesecake with crunch too. I also like regular strawberry cheesecake in freezer to eat as like ice cream. I also like the toasted coconut and add a spoon of peanut butter, and sugar free mini chocolate chips mixed in. I also like the P3 "lunchable type" packs. Lunch often is a P3 and a yougart.
