My KTM / HUSKY lost power. Its bogs out under power. WHY? Vid #1 Fuel pressure?

Should fuel pressure drop when the bike is shut off? I installed your inline fuel filter & SS fittings kit hoping that the stock small inline filter was causing my full throttle bog.. I get 52psi when the bike is running and when hitting the gas and revving it stays consistent, not moving around. But when I shut the bike off it goes down to about 20psi with an inline fuel pressure gauge tester i made with old fittings and an auto fuel psi gauge i have Also when the bike is running, i have about 1.5gallons added to the empty gas tank after re-assemly of the fuel 90 fitting and cleaning the tank area, etc. When running it i see fuel squirting up to the top left of the tank and drips back down alittle bit. It even gets the gas cap wet. But i dont see any obvious issues in the tank but it is hard to see. Also its a 2020 350exc so not old but does have some use on it but was it was maintained well. I already did a new spark plug, and i test the rubber spark plug cap with the meter and cut the wire 1/4" and installed it in a fresh section of ignition wire. It has a new air filter. I tried it with the gas tank vent line disconnected just in case also..

Yes it drops. There is nothing to keep the pressure going so it bleeds off. Test the pressure while riding the bike down the street and watch it when the bog is happening. If it doesn't drop, then it's something else
