I’m so sorry about Lilly. It was beautiful to see you remember her so fondly and love her so much. I think when you are with them till the end and give them a good and happy life there’s nothing more they could have wanted and nothing better for you to remember. On other topics, I like how you straightened the tinsel and I agree that this has always been the path you were meant to be on (I mean OBGYN not tinsel straightening) and you’ve done alot more than shout into the void, all your efforts have exploded into reality. In a quiet way your shout is beyond atomic. It’s always hard to see how things are coming together but when everything suddenly does and it’s your dream I can’t imagine the feeling, but you’ve been holding up the world around you like Atlas, not even just your own world. It’s not surprising that all pays off or that it will continue to. It’s great to see that happening. I’m forever grateful that you continue to share all this to inspire all of us and keep us all holding up our worlds. Oh and a little sidenote about merch. I’m a big fan of zip up hoodies so if you ever put out one of those I’m on that one hard.

Dude we studied together on zoom and i watched u since u were first year. Bro the years went by crazy fast. I’ve always wanted to study medicine sunce I watched u and worked very hard to achieve that goal. A week or so ago I just realised that I’m not interested in the type of work anymore and I decided on going into medical scientific research rather. In 2021 I lost all of my childhood pets. My cat in March, my dog in June, and my other cat suddenly got sick and passed away in October. Its so hard to say goodbye to a companion that's been a constant in your life for 15-20 years. ❤❤

I'm confused. Medicine in US doesn't take 4 years but less? Please tell me harmonogram US medschools. 1st year is from August to...? 2nd year 3, 4.. Cause I don't understand. Thanks!

Medical school takes 4 years to complete, but to become a doctor you'll also spend 3-7 years in residency. (plus 4 years undergraduate before medical school)

Med school first year starts in August. with the usual summer break between the first and second year, which is spent being involved in research projects. But between second & third year, the summer break is shorter (usually end of May to July 1st/ 1 month) The third year of medical school runs directly into the fourth year with no break. And you get off for Thanksgiving (2-4 days) Christmas (1-2 weeks) Spring (5-7 days)

I am really determined to come study medicine in the States after graduating from high school. Can you please shower a few of your opinions (though you may have limited knowledge) for international students? And also I’ve been wanting to ask this… Over here in my country, the medical entrance exam is more theoretical and more memorization based. As far as I’m aware, the MCAT is more reasoning and logical based. Do you think it’ll be challenging for an individual coming from a completely different Educational Upbringing to get a good enough score for med school? Hey, I'm Indian-American, so I know how the system varies between the 2 countries. I have family that are doctors in India and in the US and I mentor pre- med students. Are you coming to America for university? If you are the pre- med program at your college and resources here in the States will help guide you. Applying to American ( US & Canadian) medical schools involves more than just MCAT scores and grades, but extracurricular activities like volunteering, clinical experience, research, physician shadowing, student leadership, and community involvement. There's hundreds of different MCAT prep programs.
