Kenya is just something else. I've been there and ill still visit many times more. Its an amazing experience when you interact with the people. A friendly bunch of people . Oh and with technology, they are smart i think they just have limited opportunities but kenyans are so damn good with tech stuff

'Hakuna Matata' is one of those things that ONLY tourists say. 'Jambo' as well. In my 30 years of living in Kenya, no local has ever said those phrases to me, or I to anyone. We need to teach tourists the Swahili we actually use.

Thank you! It was beautiful...& it's only in the Lion King movie do they use the phrase, "Hakuna matata"...we never use it, maybe other 'translations', but never those actual phrase; if life gets hard- "maisha iendelee" or "maisha ni ngumu" or "lazima tuhustle"...and so on. But thanks for the beautiful, captivating letter. Another point to note, after a 'thank you' statement, its mostly followed by a blessing in regards to your religion-my observation.

The message is so genuine from the heart.. Love the truth, other countries will be inviting you. Take another trip to Tanzania,Zanzibar,Rwanda, Uganda&Congo in that order. The East Africa community. Note southSudan is in the list of East Africa community but follow up on the political state., not to worry country has a lot of potential for investments... Then West Africa, Central,South....personalities are different. You will meet different tribes different cultures altogether. Be blessed in your endeavours.
