Hey everyone! Let me know what your favorite nootropics are, how often you take them and what you use them for.

I started drinking coffee one month ago to improve my focus and I have found it to be excellent for me. I had been caffeine free until then. I read about things like modafinil but I wasnt keen on taking pills - something I avoid in general. Luckily for me because I didnt drink coffee it has had a HUGE effect on me. I also found that since I went keto my focus and energy has also increased.

Interesting...I drink about 4 cups a day, and have for life. And it still has just as much impact as it ever did. It sharpens my mind, but has never kept me up at night...which is good because I often have a cup in the late afternoon or early evening.

Currently butter coffee is the only one I use. I expect this will change with education.

Modafinal. I'm a software engineer, nothing else comes close.

If you're talking about the "Intro", I purchased an After Effects template. Having a prior career in the graphic arts gave me a step up on creating with Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc. Thanks!

That's a great question. I don't know, I suggest you check with your doctor.

Would you know the reason why certain supplements like lion's mane and l dopa wouldn't have an effect on a person?

I guess I don't understand your question. Lion's mane and L-dopa DO have an effect.
