I always use cold milk when using instant pudding mix whether off brand or name brand. By using my hand mixer it gets it smooth every time.

If the recipe says cold milk, put your evaporated milk in the refrigerator. I’ve had good luck with store brands but it’s important to follow what the recipe says. Maybe if you made it off camera first then film the video, you’d be more comfortable. You’d have 2 of the same thing, but at least you’d have a smooth presentation ❤️🙏🏻✝️I love you mamaw.

Use a vegetable peeler ( potato peeler) to make chocolate curls. It helps if the chocolate is slighty warm. You can also use a large four sided collander/ slaw grater. Try using a handheld electric mixer for your pudding and mixes. Hope this helps and makes things easier for you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻💜💜

When using the Junk brand, use a hand mixer or a mixing bowl electric it’s so much easier. You could probably put it in a blender but I don’t know if it’s too much, but never do by hand and pain in the ass for instant pudding.

Thanks for your prayers. You can put the lid back on and freeze your pie. If you mix the Cool Whip in the pudding after the pudding is made and then put it in the freezer taste like chocolate mousse you can do that with any flavor. You can also put your evaporated milk in the fridge before you use it in the pudding (mixer is better) it helps it thicken a bit faster. I luvyall much. God bless all. Canned milk: there were six kids in my family back in the 60’s. My mom would make a really big pot of hot chocolate for us using canned milk to drink before school. If we were lucky she would add marshmallows. Well, by the time I would walk three blocks to school, my stomach would just roar rrrreeeeeeee so loud and it would just give me the biggest stomach ache!! You know it didn’t help she sewed all our underwear and made that elastic that goes around your stomach so tight it would leave marks! Giggle giggle❤ p.s. loved your prayer
