My mamaws famous yeast rolls recipe!

When you need to let bread dough rise, and the house isn’t warm enough, preheat your oven to the lowest setting. It is 170° on my oven. As soon as it is preheated, turn the oven off and set your bread dough in the oven with a tea towel over it. (Use a metal or glass bowl, not plastic.)Let it rise till doubled, and then take it out and finish the process. This will save a lot of money on your electric bill since you’re not running the oven all that time. And it works really well. When I make my bread, that is how I do it.

I love the idea of putting flour on a sheet pan. I make rolls and have always had a lot of clean-up. Now clean-up will be easier. Be blessed in HIM

I have made these before , an they are delicious. The kind of rolls I made were called good yeast rolls. Basically the same ingredients were called for. I use to cook for 27 people it was in a retirement home. I made Dinner rolls everyday for 4an a half years. The folks just loved them I also made homemade egg noodles, I could peal a 10 pound bag of potatoes in 5 minutes. I really love watching your channel. ❤😊 And Happy New Year to you all. I really loved the way the inside of my rolls turned out but next time I won’t be dipping the dough in flour before forming each half of the roll. I barely put flour on each ball before forming them and the rolls turned out so dry on top and they weren’t smooth. I think I’m going to really love these rolls going forward once I master it.
