They don't take the time they have it they just don't put the grandparents on their to-do list. I went and saw my granny and papaw everyday use to spend nights with them to take care of them just like their children did. Kids aren't the same not even mine and I brought mine up just like I was brought up but times are different or the kids just don't want to be my guess.

I called my grandmother mamaw also. She was everything to me, just like you are to your grandchildren! I do so enjoy your videos. My daughter raises chickens, and they all love her so much. Sometimes, if she sits in the yard, her chickens want to sit on her lap or shoulder! Chickens, just like all of God's creatures are smart. Isn't God wonderful!!! God bless you, and your family!

I add Heinz chilli sauce in my meatloaf (1/2 bottle), seasoning salt, onions, red & green diced peppers, bread crumbs & 2 eggs and I use ground turkey . The other half of the chilli sauce I pour over the top after the meatloaf baked for about 45 minutes in the oven (covered) on 365 degrees. I slice the meatloaf and pour the chilli sauce on top so it will fall between the sliced meatloaf. Then put it back in the oven (uncovered) for another 20 minutes until meat & sauce is done and baked together. Maw maw’s recipe is close, but I use ground turkey , chilli sauce & bread crumbs which is the difference. Thanks Maw Maw for sharing your family recipes! ❤️😊🙏🏾

Mamas I’m so glad you said this may not be healthy but this is the way I like it. You use a lot of oil and sugar with that said. Your recipes look delicious some of the things you make so do I but you add things I never thought about. Try cooking your onions and bell peppers in olive oil first ups the flavors. I’ll have to try your oats in mine make it small first I use the crackers. Cory your awesome for doing this with your GMA she’s beautiful

I have always used oats, too! You’re the first person I have seen to do this. 😊 I add one egg per pound of meat, and I cook my onions and green peppers to soften them then add when cooled. Tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simple is best!! 😋❤️

What a delight! How good I feel when I watch your Mawmaw, Corey! Our family comes from Georgia, Alabama and Florida, but I Love traveling to West Virginia, and Mawmaw cooks just like my mama and grandmother did! I’m 72, so probably the same age as your Mawmaw, and I’m wanting to cook for a hobby, after retiring from Teaching. I love her Faith and love of God!❤🙏🏼

Try using mustard with the ketchup. My wife makes it that way, it gives it an incredible taste. Still just ketchup on top. Sometimes she adds brown sugar to the ketchup on top. But for anyone reading this the mixture of ketchup and mustard added to the onions and peppers gives it a kick. She never measures either.. she's an amazing cook. We live in a holler in Kentucky and have been married 30 years. We enjoy your videos

I adore your Mawmaw! She reminds me of my great grandmother who ALWAYS wore an apron unless she was going to church. I am very lucky to have two of my great grandmother's aprons! Her aprons were always homemade from feed sacks but they were beautiful! I'd love to hear your Mawmaw & Pawpaw preach! God bless your beautiful family!❤❤❤
