Thanks Mr. Paul for your advice about me not receiving your notifications, I received this notification so it seems things are back to normal. Like you, I'm 80 this year, but obviously not as proficient as you regarding computer technology, so thank you for your help. Your meals this week look lovely, can't wait to try some out, especially the spaghetti dish and the stuffed tomatoes. I made your roast potatoes and your no fail Yorkshire puddings to accompany the beef I cooked today. My cooking has improved immeasurably, thanks to you. I love the ham roll ups, and the mince and tatties reminds me of my grandmother. She was a Yorkshire lass and made this when I was little. I still make her recipe today. Real comfort food! Another week of wonderful meal ideas! Thank you Mr. Paul 😊

Happy Easter Paul. Some nice meals there. I had roast lamb today, with roasties, peas, carrot and turnip and sprouts all topped with a lovely gravy made from the lamb juices and of course a bit of mint sauce :)

Hi Mr Paul. The Thursday Challenge was very good. I'll definitely be trying those pastry roll ups. Piccalilli is probably my favourite extra. It'll definitely be well used this week as I finish off the Turkey crown I roasted today

I've got some aging blue cream cheese that I need to use up, I hate throwing things away. I was thinking of doing a jacket potato and mixing the cheese in with it. Just wondering what to put with it, maybe a pan fried mackerel and a small salad.

I think the blue cheese would rather overpower the mackerel. Perhaps a Ham & blue cheese tart or blue cheese and Portobello mushroom pasty with the salad.

@@MrPaulsPantry I guess the mackerel was too much for me that day, I do have a small appetite. But the jacket potato was good, but it needed more blue cheese, I do love strong flavours. The salad was good too with a good splash of balsamic. Thanks for your reply dear man.

More ideas for next week, thank you. Can you tell me if the meat prices in Spain are expensive? I go to my local butchers and the minced steak is around £11 a kilo.

I purchased stewing meat (crop) and minced it myself, is was 8.26 euros kilo (£7.31) this was from a private Bucher not a supermarket
