is it possible to make full buce tank without co2 injection? do i need soil? or fertilizer?

Yes you can. Can grow without CO2, can do with mild liquid fert and low light and doesn't need soil but high light, CO2 and good liquid fert is best for buce to grow the best it can. Soil is not needed as u don't plant these... but active soil helps keep the water ph stable.

@@aquathoughtsforyou4434 thanks for the insight! if i use hight light or moderate light and without co2 but slightly liquid fertilizer with full of buce should it work or its bad idea? which high light and trace of fertz promote algae etc?
