I hate wearing sunscreen, too, but I make myself do it. Mad Hippie has a nice mineral SPF, and they also have a fantastic vitamin c serum that made a huge difference in acne scars I've had for 20 years. They're cruelty-free and vegan and you can buy it at most whole foods I think (or Amazon.)

I don't wear makeup or sunscreen. I do wear a sun hat if I know I'm going to be in the sun for awhile & I seek out shady areas. :) I do like to get at least 15 minutes of sun on my face & arms several times a week for a dose of vitamin D. Great video!

Very informative video and thank you for sharing! Oh I know about those mosquitoes! I live in central Illinois and there’s millions here and they love every in inch of me! I love gardening and it’s so hard to get anything done because of them! Along the thought of video ideas, could you talk about your mala beads sometime? I’ve been reading about them. Thanks!

Thanks! Yes, we have stopped using the pool now, because of the mosquitoes! We live in an area with a ton of trees so they are everywhere right now. I will add the mala beads to my list, thanks for suggesting:)
