My MOST used bow exercise | Ring the bell

Ring the bell is one of the most versatile exercises in the series. It helps establish posture and the appropriate bow angle at the most difficult point to keep a straight bow-- the tip. It demands that you get clear, powerful articulation up there and warms up the whole bow length by following through past the frog. I start most lessons off with this exercise to help the mind become more aware of the body and to get the bow arm moving.

This is awesome!!! Doing this exercise followed by some full down bows and an up bow pop at the tip would be a great warmup session.
