I live in Korea and I made this. I gave some as gifts and everyone loves it!!! My Korean husband says that this is the best yeolmu kimchi he has had.....including his own Mom's! That is saying a lot.....lol! This is my staple recipe for Yeolmu kimchi now!!! Thanks!

Where can I find green plum juice and if I cannot find it, is there anything else that I can use? 😬

I prefer this kimchi over the traditional baechu kimchi. My 2nd favorite is young radish kimchi.

New subscriber here. I love your videos & trying to catch up on all of them. Is this more like the cabbage kimchi (you have to wait for it to be fermented) or is it more like cucumber kimchi(you can eat it right away)?

+Noy Howard Thank you for your comment. Well.. I think it's closer to cabbage kimchi but It takes shorter to be ready to eat than cabbage kimchi. You're supposed to leave this Yeolmu kimchi at room temperature over night for fermentation and then put it in the fridge. When it's cold, you can enjoy it! I hope it would be help for your curious. Have a good day! :)
