This vlog made me really smile, love it so much! Wish I could get in the gym and join an adult class but I have a progressive neurological condition and I can’t keep balance standing up amount other issues so it’s out of the question, the ‘train smart’ way of thinking pushes me through my physio exercises daily to slow my progression and keep my upper body strong enough to be independent in my wheelchair. Keep it up Nile, everybody is behind you, whatever life ends up throwing your way! ❤️

This is honestly one of the best videos on youtube... Why? Because a healthy relationship with our parents is key to being happy. We must always honor, respect and love them! Besides, the video shows two middle-aged women: the first one celebrates her decision to finally start the sport regardless of age and the second one is an overweight woman amusing herself, having a ball with her son, being cheerfully welcomed and unapologetic about everything...
