3/21/20....I would LUV to just spend a week or 10 days staying next door to this idiot caller. I am a retired Southern lady but very active. I would make this WUSS caller think I was Dennis the Menace in his golden yrs. I would get up @ 6am to LOUD 🎶 music & START my exercise program for before breakfast! Then I would have some biker friends visit for OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES for the day + 5 o'clock BAR TIME followed by huge BBQ with additional friends & midnight 🎆 fireworks! 3/21/20....I DIDN'T think about making 🍪. I have a GREAT recipe for chocolate chip cookies! My "secret ingredient" is EX-LAX to make sure you don't have a problem due to "lack of fiber" in your daily diet! Right now we seem to have a "🚽 paper apocalypse" due to the CORID-19 problem....so be sure to check your local paper supplies before making these 🍪 for those nice young neighbors.

He can't call 911 - this isn't an emergency and he's not on the premises; but that said, I agree that someone FIRST needs to go knock on the neighbors' door, and just calmly let them know that whether they realized it or not, they'd had the pallets "delivered to the wrong address" so now they're on his land. Ask them to move them and thank them ahead of time for their cooperation. If he can't do it himself, he needs to have someone he trusts do it. Give them a chance to do the right thing first. If they don't? Check the wood and if it's not treated, it gets cut up and goes into the fireplace.

Yes, I understand that this solution will only add to the problem in the future but this is a financial channel soo..... you know the cheapest route is the best to stay out of debt and just ask a neighbor for their number and talk to them. Get a few trail cameras. So you have video evidence it’s them. Wait for them to do it again. Present the evidence politely and ask them to clean it up. If they don’t do it, post it on KZbin for the world to see. If they don’t like that give it to the local news station and police. If they still don’t like it give it to Judge Judy. If they cross again slap them with a restraining order. The new neighbor can make it go away by cleaning up their own mess. There may be companies they can sell the pallets to. Be nice, until it is time to not be nice.

Dave Ramsey has helped so many people change their behavior toward money, from spending selfishly, greedily and irresponsibly, to spending wisely and without debt. 1 Timothy 6:17 says to "Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy."

I did go to Catholic school for twelve years and have a problem seeing hypocrisy amongst people who do preach the word of the god they follow without truly understanding it or wanting to follow it. Also in this country, the majority of intolerance, racism and hate comes from the places that are apparently the most god loving and god following. That is truly the most baffling thing I have ever heard. They truly have not understood anything then.

The house whether maintained landscape or not has been vacant since they moved there. Since the communication between the neighbors there is non existent then it is a reasonable assumption that the young couple believes no one lives there. Not condoning it, but, if it’s not inconvenient to anyone that’s currently there then a simple neighborly knock at the door would work instead of a PI.

I bought a vacation condo in a small 2 building community surrounded by seniors that were just like this guy. I sold very quickly just to get away from them complete nightmare. Knocked on my door every 10 minutes. One guy told me I couldn’t run my a/c at night because the unit was by his window I live in the south it’s 100+ degrees. Another told me the pool shouldn’t be used for swimming it would raise the cost of cleaning and another threw a fit because I changed my unit locks after purchase and she no longer had a key because she used my refrigerator as extra storage because I was rarely there. The final straw was when they wanted me to take a week off and come down and paint the buildings instead of hiring a painter. These were 4 story high. This caller gave me flashbacks I clearly have ptsd.

Karen Cole Yes apparently her and the previous owner were friends and she assumed I was going to keep letting her store her food in there. I didnt know anything about it until I changed the locks didn’t even know she had a key. She asked me why I changed my locks? I just said huh?
