To your question about air quality and your humidifier - If you have an ultrasonic humidifier, it mechanically bounces water vapor into the air, which means any impurities in the water also get bounced into the air and drastically worsen the air quality. You are right that it isn't good to breath this stuff in even though its likely okay to drink it. Our lungs don't really like ANY particulates in the air we breath. This is why its always good to use distilled (or heavily purified) water in ultrasonic humidifiers. If you dont want to worry about that, just get an evaporative humidifier. The action of water vapor evaporation leaves all impurities behind, but still, using city water will likely require more frequent cleaning / changing of the wicking material than if you used distilled water.
@barbarafairbanks45783 күн бұрын
Agree! Good points. I researched humidifiers awhile back. I ended up buying an evaporative, based on reading literally everywhere, the disadvantage to your environment with an ultrasonic - that is...even using distilled water you will still end up with whitush mineral deposits on your furniture, etc.
@EmilKlingberg2 күн бұрын
Yeah I also wanted to mention this and I was surprised he didn't think about it himself. A majority of what we consume is a death sentence in the lungs. Loads of things that cause lung cancer are just inorganic particles or crystals that the lungs can't get rid of. So it forms scar tissue and cysts that sometimes turn cancerous. Like silica, aka sand, when very fine it will pass through the gut no problem, but will case major issues if inhaled

I love being able to purchase clean products from your brand. Please keep all the products coming and makes it so much easier for me to shop and to eat healthy. I wish there was a way you could make your veggie bowl that we could purchase because the veggies and the lentils look delicious, but I don’t have time for that. Thank you for doing all the hard work for us.

The thing is mc Donald's don't eat their own product , car company owners don't travel in their own company Cars and phone companies don't let their children use phone , mark Zuckerberg don't use facebook or whatsapp etc but someone using their own product as their daily routine is just so good and shows the services and products quality they are giving

I took genome sequencing and used ai to come up with a supplement stack. I’m currently taking supplements five times a day in color coordinated Mylar packs with moisture absorbers. I have add in a couple of the blueprint supplements, but i have different requirements ( as an example, I require 6-9 mg of boron a day to reduce il-17 . I can attest that just buying blueprint is way cheaper than the ai plan I’m doing and it would be so much easier if it was all collated for me. I would 100% pay for a solution to take all of this off my hands and I hope one day blueprint will be that alternative- it’s just not quite there yet for me. I have reduced my bio age by ten years so far - can’t wait to see what the Dunedin pace test shows next year. I’m so happy to see these types of products manifesting - love the olive oil- that is our family’s favorite blueprint product.

The radiation that phones emmit/ receive for reception may be slightly harmful. Not that I'm concerned but someone obsessed with optimization? Yeah. Put it in another room then.

As a 24 y/o who is apparently very intelligent and capable, but is suffering from severe depression and suicidality, this really helped Bryan, thank you. I can’t fully resonate with existence being a gift at this point cuz… well for me it feels like a curse much of the time. But you did remind me that my perception does not equal reality; and I’m grateful that you, as well as others such as John Green, Hank Green, and Dr. Alok Kanojia are out there trying to make the world a better place. I’ve ordered your olive oil and cocoa powder consistently, and I’m now trying out the nutty butter and can say that I absolutely love it…. I’m excited to try the macadamia nut milk!

I appreciate what Bryan is doing and he's making it work for him, but the OCD like emphasis on the 'dangers' of what we consume down to the tiniest detail gives me anxiety and orthorexia. Especially when you aren't set up to deal with it as efficiently as he is. Personally, it's much more beneficial for my mental health, and therefor my physical health, to focus on the overaching healthy habits and then leave the minutiae to chance.
