So true and you made me think, honouring our life rather than dismissing it, is a hideously confronting concept. No matter our limitations or boundaries out of our control, there is infinite power in learning to trust yourself and how magnificent it is to be apart of this wonderful journey in the first place. How rare to have the tools and strength to alter facets of how you treat your soul and come out the other side an altered, empowered being. How even more special to share it and encourage others. 🤎🌀

Everyone can eat like I do, which is 2lbs of fatty meat a day... that's it. I only supplement what everyone should and that's iodine and D. I resolved tons of health conditions and am now getting jacked at 54 and nobody guesses my age anymore.

Hey Bryan, as a medical student myself, I enjoy your efforts in bringing us a protocol that can help us prevent diseases and promote longevity - for every one of us. Still, as a female, it would be interesting to see if the food protocol might need to be adapted to females due to hormonal changes throughout the month and if there are strategies to handle cravings as they arise. There seems to be evidence that might have different nutritional needs throughout the menstrual cycle. I would be interested on your teams take on this! I really appreciate what you do for our society and your transparency in all aspects!

To your question about air quality and your humidifier - If you have an ultrasonic humidifier, it mechanically bounces water vapor into the air, which means any impurities in the water also get bounced into the air and drastically worsen the air quality. You are right that it isn't good to breath this stuff in even though its likely okay to drink it. Our lungs don't really like ANY particulates in the air we breath. This is why its always good to use distilled (or heavily purified) water in ultrasonic humidifiers. If you dont want to worry about that, just get an evaporative humidifier. The action of water vapor evaporation leaves all impurities behind, but still, using city water will likely require more frequent cleaning / changing of the wicking material than if you used distilled water.
@barbarafairbanks4578
@barbarafairbanks4578 3 күн бұрын
Agree! Good points. I researched humidifiers awhile back. I ended up buying an evaporative, based on reading literally everywhere, the disadvantage to your environment with an ultrasonic - that is...even using distilled water you will still end up with whitush mineral deposits on your furniture, etc.
@EmilKlingberg
@EmilKlingberg 2 күн бұрын
Yeah I also wanted to mention this and I was surprised he didn't think about it himself. A majority of what we consume is a death sentence in the lungs. Loads of things that cause lung cancer are just inorganic particles or crystals that the lungs can't get rid of. So it forms scar tissue and cysts that sometimes turn cancerous. Like silica, aka sand, when very fine it will pass through the gut no problem, but will case major issues if inhaled

And while journaling, I wrote this; “When life becomes hopeless - there’s no direction to go.” This may not makes sense to some, but to me, it was telling me since I cannot find any direction, then I must give up. I am still struggling. But in the same breath I can fervently say - I am fighting! Yes some of what you offer us is affordable. But still, you must understand or realize it is not affordable to most. Best way to take olive oil is with lemon, turmeric and other healthy fats. Preferably a small piece of guacamole. Don't take my word for it. It's what my grandparents and other relatives did. My great grandfather lived to 111. His brother lived to 105 and still played poker till the very end. My grandfather lived to 98 and my grandmother is still going strong at 95. They all did this protocol for decades. Then cayenne pepper water in the afternoon and a handful of almonds before bed. It's better than taking a magnesium pill according to the latest studies.

Healthy fats are the saturated ones only all other is not healthy. Humans never consumed unsaturated fats, and now for corupt FDA calls butter, and other saturated fats unhealthy and whole world ignores the scientific facts and repeats that bullshit! :D Unsaturated fats, especially poly unsaturated fats are THE MAIN CAUSE of obesity, diabetes, alzheimer's. Also heart attacks and strokes. There is many real scientific facts proving that cholesterol directly correlates with hearth PROTECTION. those who have low cholesterol have higher risk of heart attacks. and so on..EVERY real fact in US is the apposite! They promote the toxic industrial waste and forbits real foods! That's why us is doomed and that's why europeans lives SOOOOOO MUCH better. My parrents, grand parents use only butter and pig fat to cool... and lived till 80 with no doctors or medications. I eat only saturated fats and im look like Bryan and im 40 and i do not workout i eat what i want, i do develop applications so i always siting and working with pc... everybody thinks im ~29. I would suggest glass containers for food. Metal is subject to galvanic chemical reaction with fresh veggies and fruit due to their acid content, and it may leak and/or spoil the taste and nutritional content of the fresh food. Isn't that red/near-infrared stand going to make body hair grow too? It is the same light as that of the hat.

I’ve started to go to bed at 20:30, my children 10 and 13 do it as well. This has been the best decision in my life so far. Now we wake up at 6, do exercises together, sometimes kids do homework before school. Red light and supplements is good, but start with basics, as they always give you 80% of your result.

EWG tap water database reports tap water contaminants, so I asked ChatGPT to identify which of the reported contaminants in LA DWP water could be picked up by an air quality meter if vaporized in an ultrasonic humidifier. My human summary of the results: 1) Air quality VOC sensor (volatile organic compounds): • Haloacetic acids (HAA5) - #4 contaminant in LA tap water (103x above health guidelines) • Haloacetic acids (HAA9) - #5 contaminant in LA tap water (184x above health guidelines) • Total Trihalomethanes (TTHMs) - #8 contaminant in LA tap water (177x above health guidelines) • 1,1-Dichloroethane • 1,2-Dichloroethane • 1,4-Dioxane • Tetrachloroethylene (perchloroethylene) • Trichloroethylene • Trichlorofluoromethane • Chlorodifluoromethane • Bromochloromethane 2) Air quality particulates PM2.5/PM10 sensors: • Arsenic - #1 contaminant in LA tap water (430x above health guidelines) • Chromium (hexavalent) - #3 contaminant in LA tap water (29x above health guidelines) • Aluminum • Barium • Manganese • Uranium - #9 contaminant in LA tap water (7x above health guidelines) • Vanadium 3) Air quality NOX sensor: • Nitrate - #6 contaminant in LA tap water (12x above health guidelines) • Nitrate and nitrite - #7 contaminant in LA tap water (7.6x above health guidelines) All of the contaminants above health guidelines can be filtered by RO (reverse osmosis). Thankfully, I've been using pure RO water in my humidifiers for years... yikes!

Problem is everyone drives everywhere in la, you don't need shroads and public roads by every house. You could have electric trains and trams for urban and rural transportation and buses! All these pollutants come from traffic and the fda allowing things like iron filings and brominated additives in food.

I took genome sequencing and used ai to come up with a supplement stack. I’m currently taking supplements five times a day in color coordinated Mylar packs with moisture absorbers. I have add in a couple of the blueprint supplements, but i have different requirements ( as an example, I require 6-9 mg of boron a day to reduce il-17 . I can attest that just buying blueprint is way cheaper than the ai plan I’m doing and it would be so much easier if it was all collated for me. I would 100% pay for a solution to take all of this off my hands and I hope one day blueprint will be that alternative- it’s just not quite there yet for me. I have reduced my bio age by ten years so far - can’t wait to see what the Dunedin pace test shows next year. I’m so happy to see these types of products manifesting - love the olive oil- that is our family’s favorite blueprint product.

As a 24 y/o who is apparently very intelligent and capable, but is suffering from severe depression and suicidality, this really helped Bryan, thank you. I can’t fully resonate with existence being a gift at this point cuz… well for me it feels like a curse much of the time. But you did remind me that my perception does not equal reality; and I’m grateful that you, as well as others such as John Green, Hank Green, and Dr. Alok Kanojia are out there trying to make the world a better place. I’ve ordered your olive oil and cocoa powder consistently, and I’m now trying out the nutty butter and can say that I absolutely love it…. I’m excited to try the macadamia nut milk!

I appreciate what Bryan is doing and he's making it work for him, but the OCD like emphasis on the 'dangers' of what we consume down to the tiniest detail gives me anxiety and orthorexia. Especially when you aren't set up to deal with it as efficiently as he is. Personally, it's much more beneficial for my mental health, and therefor my physical health, to focus on the overaching healthy habits and then leave the minutiae to chance.
